Looked expensive at my first glance. Howwver acknowledged it is worthwhile in 10min. after checkin. Dinner is a must try here. Best romantic experience ever

Very good experience for Japanese style hotel Wonderful

Lovely onsen ryokan. Staff don’t really speak English so there’s a bit of trying to figure things out for yourself.  Nevertheless, service was friendly and helpful as best they could.  The outdoor onsen is really relaxing and because it’s not a crowded hotel, both times I went I had it to myself as did my wife and kids in the ladies area.  We picked the room with its own outdoor onsen tub which is a great option if you don’t want to use the non-private ones.  You can apparently book private onsens but they did not have any available for us (possibly because we arrived slightly late in the day).  Food was excellent for both dinner and breakfast.  Kids couldn’t;’quite enjoy the onsens cause they found the water too hot so you may want to make sure your kids can before you decided to splurge.  One final point, the ryokan is located down a tiny road on the right just before Google Maps tells you that you have reached.

Fantastic trip. Hotel staffs are nice and friendly. Enjoy every moment there.

房間非常滿意 很日式風格 管家們都像家人一樣 態度非常好 很親切 旅館有私湯 露天和大浴場 由於旅館私密性很強 就算在大浴場也基本不會和他人重遇 很舒適 提供的早餐也很豐盛 非常nice

臨近清明假期臨時決定來日本，發現上海-名古屋票價便宜，就決定來下呂泡幾天温泉。航班準時行到達但過關處人山人海，13:50才趕到名鐵入口，買了14:14到名古屋站的特急，14:35下車出站後按指示馬上趕到JR入口，居然趕上14:48高山特快線到下呂，出站即乘門口taxi免費到酒店。總統套房就是房間多，應該是最近裝修的設施滿新。餐食不錯，第一天飛彈牛火鍋，第二天飛彈牛燒烤，當然還有小龍蝦、鮑魚……

오랜만의 가족여행을 위해 선택한 게로온천에서의 첫 숙소 따뜻하고 친절한 응대와 맛있는 식사 포근한 침구 더할나위없이 좋은 시간이었습니다 눈이 많이와서 더좋은 시간이었어요 온천시설도 너무크지않아 오히려 너무나 좋았어요!!

距離jr站很遠 還好旅館提供來回免費taxi的服務 旅館照片顯示很舊 實際比圖片看上去新很多 比起其他酒店 他很私密且環境優雅 有室內和室外公共湯池也有一個私湯 不過入住人少公共湯池也像私湯沒人 特別值！ 晚飯驚艷 早餐普通（很多魚有點腥） 缺點 不知道為啥沒有地暖 房間特別大空調給不力 以至於房間總是冷冷的 不夠暖和

很有日本特色，服務熱情周到，雖然不會日語，雙方通過翻譯軟件聊得很開心。私湯和公共湯都有享受到，公共湯去時衹有我們一家人，也相當於私湯了。非要説缺點，就是離主區遠了點，走走一公里左右吧。第二天去車站，酒店安排了汽車免費送站。

小而美的典範，接待的女士是穿高級的傳統和服，男士是穿西裝正裝的，他們是不會幫忙拿行李的，站在門口歡迎和恭送。床品用的是100%的高級羽絨被，餐食也是達到米其林推薦標準的。

服務非常好，房間很大，燒飛驒牛懷石料理亦美味，有獨立房間提供晚餐及早餐，負責服務的小姐能說流利英語。唯獨是房間裏沒有樽裝水供應，但有熱水及熱茶，亦有少量茶點提供，很好的一次體驗。

一切都完美，環境食物服務，由於不是大型温泉酒店，所以更能享受寧靜的環境，員工對每一位客人都很周到，由一開始已經在門口近接，詳細介紹酒店設施，走的時候送別，食物味道也是十分好，不只是擺盤，非常推介。

일본의 정취를 느낄수 있었습니다. 아침식사 뛰어나고 저녁식사는 조금 아쉬운 느낌.. 방은 충분했고 온천이 작지만 사람수도 작아서 거의 대부분 혼자 이용했습니다.
