Keystone Inn Bed and Breakfast

The Keystone Inn Bed and Breakfast was a wonderfully stay! I wish we would have booked another night! We stayed one night and were greeted by the Innkeeper and given a tour with a brief history of the home as we were shown to our room. We stayed in the Basil Briggs room. The room was very large with a huge closet and attached bathroom. When we got in the fireplace was going and it was a really inviting room. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was ready when we got downstairs and was easily the best home cooked breakfast we’ve had that we didn’t make ourselves. We will absolutely stay there again!

This was our yearly mother and daughter trip. We decided to stay at the Beautiful Keystone Inn everything was absolutely amazing! Christine the owner was very welcoming we also met her brother who showed us the cool meeting room. We booked the Lincoln room with a package that included a goody basket and a 90 minute walking tour called 8 Miles From Slavery(Black History Tour) . Doug our tour guide was very knowledgeable I recommend this tour and the Keystone Inn to everyone traveling to Gettysburg.

We celebrated our Anniversary in Gettysburg this past weekend. This is ourSECOND stay at the Keystone Inn! Everyone and everything is exceptional. It is so clean and did I say CLEAN!!! It is beautiful and the folks are kind and accommodating and the food is wonderful! If you get the chance, you must stay here! We will return !

My husband and I just stayed here over Labor Day Weekend. Great, homey inn with a stellar breakfast. You can tell the owners and staff take great care of the place. It's easy to get around Gettysburg and the surrounding area and it's located on the quieter part of town. We also loved the cookies when checking in!

We had a wonderful time at the Keystone Inn! -Communication was quick and easy throughout, via text, and we were met by the Innkeeper on our arrival. She was a wonderful host throughout our time, -we had booked 1 room for 3 people-- a king bed. This was fine for us (mom and 2 teenage daughters) but might not work for others. However, the inn was not full so they offered us an additional room across the hall for our 2 nights, for no extra charge! -rooms were spacious and the beds and sheets very comfortable. each room had a nice old couch or chair -rooms have a ceiling fan and an individual mini-split unit so you can make it as cool as you'd like -there is a digital clock/alarm clock with a built-in wireless charger, USB port, and mini-USB or Type C (not sure) port. Very convenient. -the Biggs room had a lovely (shared) porch off of it overlooking the beautiful yard -breakfast was delicious, with a sweet starter (homemade coffee cake or muffin, and fruit) & a main meal (eggs and toast one day, french toast the other) + protein. An amazing special and unexpected touch was the vegetarian bacon and sausage for me! -we had coffee and juice with breakfast, and there is self-serve coffee and tea available at all times -another bonus-- fresh baked sweets (cookies, brownies) for your room daily! -of note, I saw 2 small wasp nests that were starting to be built at the roofline off of the porch. I mentioned this when we checked out, and before we'd even driven away the Innkeeper was already outside looking at the area and calling an exterminator -as a bonus, it is nice to be able to support a Black-owned business

Quaint old house/inn includes fresh homemade breakfasts. Our room was a large King suite with a sitting area. Friendly staff. The location is a bit of a walk into town for meals and there aren't any restaurants close by but it was very peaceful and quiet.
