Stayed for two nights en route to the Alps and wanted a quick look at Dijon. Hotel is very clean and comfortable and the staff are very happy to help and advise. No restaurant but there are several in the local vicinity. We ate at Le Bon Bistro and enjoyed it's ambiance and good food. Breakfast in the hotel is 11E and is very nicely done served in a traditional dining room. Hotel is in an excellent location for the vineyards. While we were there we drove (2 mins) to the train station, parked for free and caught a clean, fast train into Dijon which took 10 mins and cost 5E each. You arrive in the centre of town without all the hassle of parking. Would certainly use the hotel again.

The owner was a nice French lady who speaks very good Mandarin and English. The rooms are comfortable. Views outside the window are stunning and incredible. I’m pretty sure I will come by for a longer stay if I come to visit France again. 老板是个热情的法国女士，中文和英文说得都很好，环境很美，打开窗外面的景色能亮瞎我！喜欢法国田园风光的一定要来。

Stopped here en-route to Italy as a halfway stop off. easy access from the autoroute. We arrived after 20:30 which meant the reception was closed but the staff texted a code to enter the building and written instructions and key were kindly left on the reception desk. The rooms are adequate; nothing too special. You are however in one of the most famous wine regions in France - you can't have everything I guess. We have stayed in other Gevery Chambertin hotels, but these are significantly more expensive. The staff are very friendly and accommodating especially considering we left an item of my wife's behind and we were immediately informed so that we could collect on our return journey. Would we stay here again? Yes definitely 🙂

We arrived late (9:30 pm)having driven directly from Calais en-route to Bologna. The reception was closed for the evening but the hotel contacted us to advise of the keypad security code. There were written instructions and room key left on the reception desk. The rooms are a little basic but adequate given the price and location in the fine wine region of Burgundy.

Nice hotel for sleepover Just needed a sleepover, so did not utilize much of the things at the hotel, and did not even get breakfast since I had to leave early. The hotel was OK, not worn but not state of the art. The service was good, and it was clean.

If you want all the facilities of an anonymous modern hotel, try an Ibis or a Campanile. If you would prefer a traditional French hotel with excellent service, in a delightful old building, the Arts et Terroirs would be a better choice. We were greeted by Virginie, who could not have been more charming and helpful. She managed to book some excellent restaurants for us, her local knowledge being invaluable, as we had turned up on a bank holiday weekend. The rooms are old fashioned, in keeping with the traditional ambience of the hotel, but comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast is waitress served, with a very good choice of patisserie, charcuterie, cheese and eggs. The hotel, which has private parking, is on a main road and is about 10 minutes walk from the very attractive centre of the old town of Gevrey-Chambertin.

Ontvangst was al beneden pijl : komen aan na een hele lange rit, hotel gesloten om 13;30u We mochten pas terugkomen om 16u! Twee kamers : 1 piepklein met mini mini badkamer. De t****e kamer groot maar vergane glorie: geen airco wel een (kapotte) ventilator, tv aanwezig maar werkt niet. Badkamer groot maar geen douche ! Restaurant gesloten in het weekend! Ontbijt verzorgt maar alles self service en niemand te zien. Kortom : gerenoveerde inkom maar daar blijft het bij … voor 333,30€ voor een nachtje slapen verwacht ik wel iets beters en gastvrijer.
