Mira Bai Xep Quy Nhon - the Hidden Jewel - Hostel

There are only 2 hotels in this tiny, filthy fishing village and Mira Hotel is the worst one. We came here at the ‘best’ time of year (March) and it rained constantly, the ugly grey sea lashed the filthy and rocky beach nonstop with dangerous waves, and we were trapped here with nothing to do except hang around Haven which is the other hotel and has a decent bar and restaurant. This is an hour motorcycle ride from absolutely anything and there are no activities to do here except eat seafood and pick up garbage on the beach. Whoever recommended this village or this hotel to you must be laughing at you behind your back because it has no redeeming features whatsoever. We booked what looked (on Agoda) like a pretty room in a pretty hotel but every photo of this place has been heavily photoshopped and the reality is far from pretty. Mira first tried to fob us off with a tiny toilet sized (and scented) room and when we showed the pictures of the gorgeous room we had booked with the artistically arranged fishing net in the ceiling and blue and white European chic decor, we were shown a slightly bigger and slightly less stinky room that still didn’t resemble any room we’d seen online. It was getting late and we’d already carried our bags down several dark tiny alleys from where the taxi had to drop us to where the hotel is actually situated, so we gave up the fight and accepted the substandard room. Breakfast is in a picturesque location on the roof of the hotel but the buffet itself is awful and they don’t even provide Vietnamese coffee. The boat on the roof has dog excrement inside and the wood is so rotten that 2 people injured themselves while we were there. I suspect the boat on top of Mira Hotel will soon be at the bottom of the hotel, probably with a few instagrammers still inside. Staff are friendly but not well informed and speak very little English, and their motorbike hire is the most expensive I have encountered in Vietnam - 200,000 p/day. The same motorbike rental service is cheaper at Haven and if you really feel that you just MUST stay in this utterly unremarkable village in the middle of nowhere, then I suggest you stay at Haven and avoid Mira Hotel at all costs.

This place is a nightmare and ruined my honeymoon. I paid in advance with my credit card. At the end of the stay they demanded payment for the hotel . Despite showing my confirmation details proving my pAyment already made. They said the didn’t understand English despite my Vietnamese wife translating for me. They just yelled at us for the cash, unfortunately they were keeping my wife’s passport so I didn’t have any negotiation power. You will charged to times And threatened for your life to pay it.

Dịch vụ và phòng ốc tại Mira Bãi Xếp đều rất ấn tượng. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, thoáng đãng và được trang bị đầy đủ tiện nghi. Nhân viên thân thiện và chuyên nghiệp, luôn sẵn lòng giúp đỡ và phục vụ khách hàng một cách tận tâm. Không gian yên bình và tuyệt vời để thư giãn và nghỉ ngơi. Tổng thể, trải nghiệm tại Mira Bãi Xếp là một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời và đáng nhớ.

Khách sạn phòng được bài trí rất đẹp, có phong cách, có cả bồn tắm nhìn ra hướng biển rất đẹp, nhân viên thân thiện, hỗ trợ xách hành lý, cho nhận phòng nhanh nè, đi mùa này nắng hơi gắt nên mọi người nhớ thoa kem chống nắng thật nhiều, mình bị đen da rồi đây, 😣.

Dịch vụ đã có nhiều cải thiện rõ rệt so với năm trước mình đi, phòng sạch, nhân viên nhiệt tình, dịch vụ ổn so với mức giá bỏ ra và đặc biệt là phòng mình view biển siêu xinh. Quy Nhơn tầm này chưa đông, ai ham hố biển đẹp thì nên đi sớm nhé, sẽ không thất vọng đâum

Lúc đầu đọc đánh giá của những năm trước cũng hơi rén nhưng mình vẫn đặt vì cái view và cảm nhận của mình là ổn. Phòng rộng rãi và thoáng mát, khung cảnh nhìn ra biển rất đẹp, đón hoàng hôn ở đây vô cùng tuyệt vời, đồ ăn ngon và hải sản tươi, giá cả phải chăn, mình ấp ủ đi Quy Nhơn lâu rồi nay mới thực hiện được, rất hạnh phúc.

Điểm cộng duy nhất là view đẹp. Cả làng có KS này cao nhất nên có thể nhìn view toàn cảnh. Tuy nhiên mình sẽ không quay lại đây vì quá dơ, lúc bước vào có 2 cái áo choàng tắm treo n*** cửa, áo trắng dính vệt dơ lớn như rỉ sét. Sàn trải thảm nên ko thể vệ sinh hàng ngày được, mình không biết bao lâu mới dc hút bụi vệ sinh 1 lần. Gương trong phòng tắm chắc không bao giờ dc lau. Máy lạnh bọc bằng vải bố cũ kỹ, trông khá là dơ. Phòng có cái võng mà treo lên thì thấy rách bươm, đụng sát xuống giường cũng chả xài dc. Riêng chăn ra gối nệm là khoản ghê nhất, mình ở 1 đêm về nổi mẩn ngứa cả người, quá kinh khủng. Với mức giá này thì mình ko nghĩ là rẻ, mà chất lượng như vậy thì quá tệ.
