Location was a nightmare for getting around. Seems the bus doesn't go past there on weekends so it's a 40min public transport with walking into the town, or a 20ish euro taxi. Other than that, a standard holiday inn stay, got everything you need. Good shower. Comfy beds. Clean.

Location is good and room is clean. It's a pity that parking cost Eur 19,- a day.

標準間或大床間的房間非常小,15平米左右,二個小行李箱都放不下的。早餐簡單,吃飽可以,選擇很少。好處是旁邊有很多大型超市,酒店有充電樁,自駕遊的人羣還算方便。

房間面積很大,可能趕上了一個30平米的大房間,舒適乾淨整潔有供暖,兩張單床每個都有1.5米寬,睡眠質量很好。衞生間也大,淋浴和坐桶分開的可以兩人同時使用衞生間,很方便。Holiday Inn集團酒店確實很贊👍

位置稍偏點,在根特偏遠點,但上下高速都方便,去布魯塞爾,阿爾斯特,安特衞普都半小時,酒店房間比較大床也大,早餐還可以,性價比高

Room is simple but clean and has even a spot to work. What absolutely blew me away was the service of the team at the reception! They were al so polite, serviceminded but 1 of them stood out. A nice young lady (sorry forgot to ask her name) but she was an intern at the moment! Some employees working at 4 star hotels and more should learn from her. Lady you were absolutely fantastic and i wish you all the best in the future! I’m sure you will succeed!

In a very funny place.You have to go through IKEA car park to get to it. Staff very welcoming. Nice evening buffet and breakfast. Plenty choice. Average Holiday Inn compared to others. Would stay again for one night maximum.

Located into the gent Expo Ring , you need to turn around 2 times to be able to find the hotel Rooms are really old and need ot be crlearly refurbish. Carpet are not clean into the corridor and into the room. No possibility ti cahrge your phonne near your bed as there is no electrical plug. Breakfest is ok. I will not go again in this hotel.

I stayed for two weeks in the Holiday Inn, Akkerhage 2, Ghent. I really enjoyed my time there. I had a lovely, spacious, spotless room on the fifth floor. The staff are really lovely and so helpful, particularly the breakfast staff and the housekeeping staff. The local bus service is excellent and frequent. The hotel bar is a comfortable spot and the food there is top-class. Thanks to all the staff of this hotel for a warm, comfortable and friendly stay. Highly recommended.

We have stayed here a couple of times as a stopover between U.K. and Holland. Hotel is exactly what you expect from HI, clean, simple, standard buffet breakfast. Location is close to the motorway but we didn’t get disturbed by any noise. If you walk over the motorway bridge to the hospital there is a tram stop which takes you into the town centre. Lovely city much like Brugge but quieter!

Receptionist is rude! Unfortunately he denies any wrongdoing or any other complaints about his behavior as well as his actions that he must have done accordingly. Unfortunately he also denies wrongdoing of his colleagues and pushing the customer to pay for their mistakes. The receptionist is not a problem solver in any shape or form and not even trying to get things done and corrected but instead he points the finger to his colleagues, specifically to the new temp employees who are working there and unfortunately getting the training from such a person! The name of the receptionist is Botan! He is aggressive and does not have any respect for the people, specially the customers. The hotel management should taken this seriously and make sure that any action taken by the employees regardless of the person at the reception desk should be considered as an incident happened by the hotel and needs to be investigated immediately and will be fixed without wasting any time or cost to the customer. Hope to see this actioned soon and hopefully we will not experience it again in the near future visit. Thank you, Ali Noorbakhsh
