Beautiful Place, everything very clean and well designed :) it’s a quick bike ride into the city, but at the same time very nice and quiet to relax. Check in and out very easy, parking in front of the building. The bed was also super comfortable and big! Would definitely come back.

The flat was modern and cozy at the same time. Spacious in a quiet setting, close to public transit and a beautiful park for my morning walks. Check in and check out were as easy as it gets and I will be back for sure. Highly recommend this beautiful place.

Lovely room with a kitchenette and bathroom corner, private parking, close to public transportation to the city center, close to supermarkets, outside of the Low Emission Zone of Ghent. The host was very gracious, prompt and efficient. Bonus: wonderfully soft pillows!

Super nice and very comfortable room. With a good design, spacious and cozy. It has a private garden that is a charm. The property is well connected to the center, 20 minutes by bus with a very close bus stop. We will definitely choose this place again if we return to Ghent.

The many positive reviews for Marcel de Gand speak for themselves and we can fully confirm them. Our conclusion after three nights: We felt very comfortable in the flat during this time, enjoyed the ambience and the peace and quiet and will definitely book this accommodation again, if we visit the city of Ghent again.

Very Clean & Comfortable. Quiet & set in a Lovely Location. Kitchen area equipped with Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Coffee Machine. TV , Towels & Soaps. Near Nature Reserve. Parking. Bus Route to the City Centre a few minute's walk away. Close to Shops. Good communication with staff. Would like to return.

Marcel de Gand is set in a peaceful situation not too far from the motorway network into France, Netherlands and onward to the Rotterdam ferries. We particularly appreciated the quietness and tranquility. The apartment was beautifully equipped and arranged. We enjoyed watching visiting birds from the nearby nature reserve. The hosts were very helpful by responding very quickly to texts. It’s in a good location for a day trip to Bruges (35 mins away by car).

A gem to have a cozy, comfortable stay. Simply wonderful location and awesome accommodation. It is bordering a beautiful nature area for morning walks, is close to bakery and supermarkets and restaurant. And from there it is super easy and fast to reach downtown Gent. Quiet and cozy place to rewind and recharge after exciting town visits.

I enjoyed the cleanness and the quietness. Very easy access from and to Gent. Walking distance restaurants. Embedded in the nature. Great host. The bed was extremely comfortable. Large and clean bathroom.
