Hello :) Review from a Tunisian citizen with my Canadian wife … We will try me and my wife to describe our experience at the hotel The residence .. in DOUZ on the south of Tunisia . Our choice was completely different with another option still in Tunisia … Watching a small video about a Tunisian family who passed by and spent a few days here at the residence made me and my wife change our mind to end up where we don’t regret for a second being … The lady’s comments about the hotel were very interesting and she described well everything and how she liked it … In fact if I’m ending up here with my wife and parents and if I’m ending up writing my opinion with my wife it’s because it’s really something I didn’t expect … From the way they welcomed us and how warm it is , how top clean was the hotel and how the staff paid attention to every little detail .. we were all impressed … Not imagining for a second the standards would look exactly like North America …I can personally guarantee it’s definitely something to try … There is a lot to say but for me personally everything was top from A to Z and I would definitely come back next year especially that the weather during this period of the year is simply perfect … All this without forgetting Mr Khalifa the staff manager , who personally took care to come and see us to make sure everything was ok … a real gentleman in his behave , a super professional man , with the main basic habit when u work with public Very nice smile … Its highly recommended to come to this area to discover another aspect of Tunisian beauty … I leave u the pleasure to discover Thanks u to all the staff from manager and to everyone It was TOP

Absolutely worth the splurge! Exceptional service and stunning surroundings. The hotel is relatively new, having opened just a year ago. All accommodations are spacious villas with modern designs that seamlessly blend into the natural landscape. Both dinner and breakfast are outstanding, and the friendly staff adds to the welcoming atmosphere. A bonus is the hotel’s convenient location—just a five-minute walk from the camel ride starting point. We opted to walk back after the amazing sunset camel ride when we realized it’s so close. Highly recommended!

Great new destinations hotels with Sahara desert at your fingertips, beautiful private rooms and marvelous decor. I loved the way the traditional interiors matches perfectly the environment and the outdoor design. There is a great care for details and a high cleaning standard. Their Clarins spa looks stunning, big and it features a well equipped gym. I recommend you to spend longer stays for a a slow vacation and full immersion into this peaceful oasis. During my stay at this hotel with my two American friends, we were warmly welcomed as soon as we arrived. The receptionist, Taysir, truly made our experience special. Not only did she speak impeccable English, but she also showed great kindness, answering all our questions with patience and offering valuable advice. Thank you Taysir. The hotel itself lived up to our expectations. It perfectly captured the warm and authentic atmosphere of southern Tunisia. The room, carefully decorated, was both comfortable and stylish, with elements of local culture adding a unique touch. It was truly a pleasant stay, and we felt right at home.

Very good hotel. I highly recommend it . They had a very friendly staff which made the atmosphere perfect to stay more . Rooms were so spacious , clean , the decor was so perfect unique .Excellent amenities for an holiday inn . We enjoyed the stay as it is a very nice place to get rid of the daily routine .
