Frukosten är mycket utsökt och rik på rätter. Om jag har möjlighet vill jag ändå komma igen för att njuta av den fridfulla och avkopplande scenen här.

Anläggningen har många träd, omsorgsfullt omhändertagna. Naturliga fåglar har också många bulbuls, turturduvor och gökar. Familjerum är ganska rymligt nog för 4 personer. Detta är en idealisk plats att koppla av i 1 eller 2 dagar

It was wonderful place to stay with my family. Beautiful resort and kind staffs.

what a wonderful hotel, spacious room with nature decor style, balcony in a garden, bathroom with bathtubs connected to an outdoor shower, dinner in restaurant serving fresh ingredient, vegetable so fresh, breakfast ok, didn’t try bakery cos looks like not so good, may be I’m wrong, spa service super good with very good price, highly recommend, for those love garden, floral and nature, should try this hotel, photos show breakfast

Lovely hotel and surroundings, nice and peaceful. The rooms are lovely, spacious and clean. The reception staff are super helpful. We ate at the a la carte restaurant during our stay, the staff there were less attentive and over the three evenings we were there they forgot items on our order each evening and on our last evening we waited an hour for our food to arrive even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. The buffet breakfast was hectic but lots of choice.

Excellent place for a getaway. I enjoyed the room that we stayed in. The bed was cozy. The food at the restaurant was good.

4 star resort with 5 star prices & 3 star services. Mar 2024 Vietnam is a very beautiful & culturally rich country. We visited Hanoi, Halong Bay, Hoi An, Da Nang & Ninh Binh on 11D/LON trip. Hospitality, reception & local immersion was outstanding at all places (except Emeralda) - people were welcoming & hotel staff were very courteous. Emeralda Resort at Ninh Binh was not so pleasant experience barring a few seasoned staff members. F&B Manager at Sen Restauran (morning paid breakfast) declined to entertain vegan food request & puréed fruit for 7 month infant, She said Kitchen's busy, we have large group to cater to. After much explanation she managed to get a fried rice (that's It!l) but for puréed fruit she denied & insisted I pay for it. Organic Restaurant is good, couple of staff there (mostly women) were courteous. Pool Bar attendant had some issues, not even acknowledging the greetings. Thanks to Ms Hung (Restaurant Manager), Mr Chung (Reception) & another Restaurant manager at Organic (missed her name) for making our stay bearable & manageable. They have a very wonderful property & spacious rooms, had the service been at par like ot 4 & 5 star resorts; it would be an ideal location for tranquility. Note: Vegan / Vegetarian food menu is limited & not allowed to buy food from outside.

A bit out of the way from any night life but nice resort.

A good place to hide away from the busy Hanoi. Green scenery, quiet environment, with an old Northern Vietnam village housing style. Some room amenities need better maintenance. The restaurant in the resort is fine. But for more local authentic meals (and cheaper too), there are local restaurants 100m away from the resort entrance, where both resort guests and local area residents go. It's also recommended during your stay to pay short visits to the nearby attractions (beside the well-known Trang An or Tam Coc): Van Long wetland nature reserve (walking distance), and Chau Son holy mother monastery (18km).

We booked a duplex and it was nice, but I wish there was a pantry and better layout of the area for some kind of living room given the size of the place. The resort itself was lovely and quiet over the Christmas period. Good at breakfast and dinner was good and reasonably priced.

Nice resort, far from city rush and noise. Loved the heated pool and food served was good. Flexible and helpful staff.

The accommodation is great, although it's a bit far from the city center. It is especially suitable for couples seeking a relaxing getaway.
