Le Domaine de la Mer - Appartements de Plage Dans un Cadre Enchanteur

TROP CHER HORS SAISON POUR UN T2(début avril 2024) surtout avec beaucoup de manquements: pas de produits d'accueil(savon, gel douche, sac poubelle, éponge), pas de nécessaire pour le nettoyage(javel, désodorisant WC, éponge, pastille lave-vaisselle),pas de papier hygiénique, pas assez de couverts (inventaire erroné), pas de nécessaire minimum pour cuisiner: pas de sel/poivre/huile/vinaigre

The place is dirty and not worth the money. We stay here in august for a week and had moisture in the bathroom and in one of the bedrooms. The technicians came and had a look at it, but just mentioned that this is a known problem and requires renovation, but beside spraying some disinfection on the moisture there is nothing they can do. There was no word of apologies or compensation offered by the management team for the issue. “They do not care”, which could essentially be also the title for this review. This not only valid for the conditions of the rooms but also for the entire place with is filthy. The walkways between the different locations (accommodation, beach, pool, reception, etc.) are sandy and dusty roads shared with the vehicles. Not only do you carry all that dust into your rooms, but they also do not care about dog dirt and women’s sanitary pads laying around. Obviously with all that dirt in your rooms that cleaning ladies have to do a hell of a job, rather impossible job, which of course led to our room not being ready at 4pm upon arrival. Also be aware that if you have a “garden view” you are looking into a dry and deserted piece of forest hill. Not to mention the overpriced restaurant (13€ for a 0.5l beer). The entire place is not maintained properly. During out 7 days stay there was always at least one thing not working: Internet (2 day), electricity (1 day), AC (1 day), water (1 day). Only minor plus point is the proximity to the beach, but also do not expect too much. Not sure if it is because of the many boats anchoring in close distance, but the water it not very clear, there is not fish to spot whatsoever.

AVOID. Dirty, unkempt and not AT ALL like the photos on their website which have clearly been doctored. The grounds are a mess - rubbish, broken sunbeds or any other stuff chucked in bushes or just left where it is. The apartments are glorified ex-shipping containers - or look like it. Everything in them is old, soiled or dirty. The ‘beach’ is two rows of shabby sunbeds above a narrow ***** of sand that is a public beach. There is nowhere to sit under the trees - and who would want to next to rubbish anyway. The laundry room - picture attached - is filthy and full of piles of unwashed linen and towels. The whole place is shoddy and not worth a tenth of what they charge! The restaurant menus were sticky and dirty and the table wasn’t even wiped clean when we went down to dinner and you have to take a car to go anywhere else. If we could leave and get our money back we would!

Excellent stay here ! Wonderful site , delicious food at the Noe restaurant on the beach. Really helpful staff . Had a great 5 night stay here - the sea is on your doorstep and the pool is perfect for windy days . Magical stay - we will be back! Thank you!

Au vu des hauts prix pratiqués. À part le cadre de l’environnement, la prestation et La qualité des logements est très médiocre . La propreté nul. Franchement c’est une honte. Dans le la chambre du logement cela sentait les égouts. Pour une chambre à 4 à 220€ la nuit il a fallu nous même faire le ménage. Il n’y à personne à l’arrivé ni au départ juste une boîte à clé. Par contre l’accueil n’oublie pas de nous déranger pendant notre séjour pour venir régler. Bref une honte

Les plus: immense piscine, cours de natation (un grand merci Vincent à Vincent !!) , la vue, l’emplacement Les moins: soirées extrêmement bruyantes jusqu’à minuit, mon fils et moi n’avons pas dormi . Les chambres côté Méditerranée sont très petite, méritent un rafraîchissement ( douche et frigo vétustes) au vu du prix assez élevé du séjour. Cela fait 2 fois qu’il n’y a pas de lit séparé pour mon fils de 5 ans.. Ce club est plutôt pas mal mais le prix n’est absolument pas justifié.

Mooie locatie maar prijs/kwaliteit totaal niet correct !! Vuil , slecht onderhouden !! Overal ligt vuil , rommel , ook waar de SPA is (buiten voor massage’s ) liggen vuile doeken , staat een roeste aanhangwagen . Ook het restaurant aan zee heel slecht , ziek geweest van het eten !!

Un restaurant de qualité, le Noé, qui a trouvé sa "vitesse de croisière " pour partager en famille ou entre amis un bon moment. Services et mets appréciables dans un cadre idyllique dominant la mer et la plage de la Badine, très calme par cent d'ouest. A recommander. Budget 50€ environ

Merci tout simplement. Pour l'accueil, pour l'échange. Une superbe chambre avec une literie au top. J'espère revenir avec les enfants pour leur faire découvrir tout ça. Vous êtes des personnes top dans le nord. Je recommande vraiment à tout le monde cet endroit sublime
