We strive to be transparent about this in our online presence, including videos and room descriptions. For this reason, we will tend to be a little noisier with loud music being played at the bar until late.While this is the case, we understand some guests prefer a quieter environment. If you'd mentioned this during your stay, our team would have happily moved you to a different room if available.Moreover, we’re so sorry to hear about your unfavorable interaction with our team. Svar från boendet: After reading your feedback, we are genuinely sorry that your experience at Mad Monkey was not as awesome as it should have been. Our housekeepers do the daily rounds and clean the bathroom and since it is a shared/public bathroom, an additional factor could be how the other guests keep the area tidy after use. We are hoping that all guests will maintain the tidiness as a courtesy to the next person who’ll be using it. We understand your frustration, and we do ask everyone to be considerate of the other guests. Our team is more than glad to reclean it for you, should you approach us. We do go to great lengths in our online marketing, videos, and room descriptions to make it clear that we are a party hostel. For this reason, we will tend to be a little noisier, our bar does close at midnight. While this is the case, we understand some guests prefer a quieter environment. We are also truthful and transparent about the hostel's location as we post this information on every platform to help bookers decide and set expectations beforehand.
