Within Minutes of lots of the attractions like the ones listed below: Elon University, UNCG University, Guilford College, AT&T University, Greensboro Airport, Bryan Park Soccer Complex, Lake Townsend, Downtown Greensboro, Emerald Point Water Park This home has a very open floor plan with no bedroom sharing a wall with the other. Great stay It was the perfect spot to stay while in town for a week. The house is nice and beds were comfortable. The kitchen is spacious. We spent most of our time sitting around the island in the kitchen. The WiFi speeds were good which is important for our crew. Communication with owner was fast and helpful. The only complaint I had which really didn't affect my stay was that there is nowhere to put your clothes in the bedrooms. Overall a great stay. Would stay again.

Description not exactly accurate The owner was very nice and helped us with our issues. He also granted us a late check out as we had an early morning soccer game on our final day.The property was advertised as sleeping eight and with 4 queen beds. None of the beds were queen size. On the listing, one of the bedrooms is pictured twice which leads you to believe there are two bedrooms with two large beds. The sleeper sofa did not have sheets. There were only exactly 6 towels and there were only four forks. We had six people in our party. The bathrooms shown on the listing included a half bath. There was no half bath. The listing indicated hair dryer, shampoo and soap which was also not available other than dish soap and hand soap at the sinks. There were no dish towels, napkins, or paper towel towels.We had difficulty locking the front door and had to have it reset multiple times by the owner.

Not as advertised Not one bed in the place was a queen. Do not be fooled they all are full sized beds. Was not very clean, floors had a layer of grin on them. Every time we cleaned up a spill of our toddler with a wet paper towel black came up from the floor. There were not curtains/blinds in the back door leading to the yard.The kitchen had very little cooking items that weren’t almost completely ruined. The property stats it sleeps 8 but has only 4 forks in the house. Random black marks all over the walls from previous guests.I can say a positive the property owner was very quick to respond during our stay.

A wonderful stay and a nice neighborhood. The house was located in a newer community with walkways. It was close to grocery shopping and the highway. The house was very clean and we had plenty of room for our needs. The only thing I wish it had was a full length mirror, as we were there to attend a wedding. The owner was extremely prompt with his communications. We enjoyed our weekend immensely and would reserve the property again when visiting family.
