From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making me feel valued as a guest. The check-in process was seamless, and I appreciated the personalized touches throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had restful nights, and the amenities provided exceeded my expectations. I particularly loved the luxurious bathroom, the stunning city views.

Nice marina view and 10min walking distance from Hyundai outlet mall. 25min from Kintex.

Old, not clean. Bad rooms, not friendly staff. Miles away from everything. Was very very underwhelmed.

There’s plenty to like about this hotel. Great location and gorgeous pools. However, there are two issues that ruined my experience. 1. The front desk doesn’t speak English. For a 4 star hotel next to an airport, this isn’t acceptable. I don’t blame the representatives though. It’s clearly a managerial decision. 2. Everything at the pool costs money. Chairs, beds, lounge chairs. No one uses them because no one wants to pay. It’s insulting. The property is great, but management doesn’t care about basic customer service.

Great hotel, but a bit far from city centre. Very annoying that the gps could not find it (only the one in Singapore), so I had to type the address manually. However the hotel is new, very clean and has a 24 hour shop for essetials. Very big plus for travellers is the iniversal outlets (UK, european ans US), so no need for adaptors. The staff is very friendly and helpful, free parking available.

the hotel is clean and nice but the guy at the reception spoke very rudely, it was really annoying. and it said the game room closes at 20:00 but when I went at 19:00 it was closed.

Hotel is in a quiet area and good for families as it has amenities such as gym and indoor swimming pool and playground. There is a nearby mall for shopping and restaurants. The only downside is that one cannot pay for breakfast on the day must always make a reservation and it also a bit of a distance from most attractions. Overall, it great for a short stay.

Notwithstanding the location is remote, the hotel is so worth the value.
