Best and affordable place for family stay.........good service and hygiene is on top.....food and staff service is also good......cleanness is very good.....great resort at great location.......best location in sasan gir..........

I have a terrible experience at this hotel! The manager was unbelievably rude and arrogant, especially towards female guest. Shockingly disrespectful behavior, ruining the entire stay. Avoid at all costs! #BadService #Unprofessional.

Rooms were nice service was good food was excellent just due to forest area lizards but staff was responsive were there in rooms rest all was nice experience enjoyed the glass balcony had some new click

The resort is fantabulous and the food is just the gate to heaven . We all enjoyed as a family 😊 and it's very good resort . Excellent room service.... delicious food with healthy and hygienic......2 nd time repeated

The bedsheets are dirty. Washrooms are not at the mark and smells bad. Asked for washroom freshner, but hey did not provide. Food quality OK OK, but service is again, not good. Swimming pool exists and some play activities are OK. Overall staying experience in is not good.

Overall great day..you can visit it at weekend for family. Staff was great . Specially mr Tarun who is very supportive he is very gentle and polite. He is ready to supportive. You should visit it at on weekend.

Resort’s room is very good like a balcony view and food is also good, all staff member’s behaved very polite. I would like to suggest all to go their and stay in carina retreat resort Swimming pool also good and clean water

We stayed for one night on 24 /01/23 with my family and In Laws. We were travelling from Vadodara and expected to reach around 10:00 PM at hotel. Few times Mr Rahul & Shafi contacted us to ensure our check In time and mentioned they will keep the kitchen opened bit late for us or in case if we are running late, they will keep food for us. We got delayed due to traffic & night time forest restrictions. We all were so tired and travel sick, when we reached hotel around midnight 12. We were amazed to see the hospitality from Mr Rahul, he kept kitchen open for us and provide delicious hot food and chaptiis. He also accepted my request for change of room for my In laws on ground floor. Mr Rahul also prioritised our dinner and comfort As we were late & tired over checking in formalities which we really appreciated! The rooms were comfortable and well kept.

A little cut off from other resorts and approach road is not good. Very little choice in food (b/f or lunch / dinner). Nice for a 1 or 2 day stay max. Staff very friendly and courteous. Plenty of parking.
