Vegetarian food served in dinner buffet and room service, which is North Indian and Gujrati menu. Link road connecting sterling gir with paved road is just a jungle trail which is awesome if you have to travel once or twice but multiple rounds make visitor hate that 1 kilometer.

I had the pleasure of visiting this resort with my family, and I must say—it was one of the best experiences we've ever had on a vacation. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and truly cared for. Right at the entrance, Vipul greeted us warmly and went above and beyond to suggest nearby places worth visiting. His recommendations helped us make the most of our time in the area. What really made our stay memorable was the exceptional hospitality of Ramakaram Tiwari. He personally ensured that every aspect of our stay was comfortable. He patiently explained all the amenities available at the resort, which made it easy for us to plan our activities. His special attention to my parents’ comfort meant the world to us—it’s rare to find such thoughtful service. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food, the well-maintained swimming pool, and the various other amenities. A lovely surprise was how effortlessly Ramakaram connected with our kids—especially my daughter, who looked forward to her chats with him during playtime. As we prepared to leave, Ramakaram’s warm gesture of accompanying us to our vehicle and engaging in a cheerful conversation truly left a lasting impression. the property is inside the jungle and you need to drive from main road but its completely safe I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone visiting Gir. Whether you’re traveling with family or friends, you’ll find not just a resort but a team that genuinely cares about making your stay special. We can’t wait to come back!

Special Chinese food was awesome thanks for good service Mr. Suraj & Vimal suggest us good food. Amazing experience staying at this venue as staying inside this place within nature in this fast moving world gives peace.

Location of the resort within forest and full of trees and plantations inside will make you feel amazing and quite ambience. Excellent service from resort staffs inspecific umaraman Tiwari who has been wonderful in providing assistance to make one comfortable.

I stayed at this property on 13 April 2025 and overall, it was a disappointing experience. • Access & Transport: Cars are not allowed up to the reception building, which made check-in and moving around inconvenient. • Room Service & Dining: Room service was slow — lunch took far too long to be served. Additionally, the tandoor is not operational during lunch hours, which limits food options. • Spa: The spa ambience was quite poor and not at all relaxing, although the masseuse was skilled and professional, which was the only saving grace. • Rooms & Cleanliness: The rooms were average at best. The bathroom was particularly disappointing — not only was it dated, but it also had visible dirty stains, which is unacceptable. • Safari Preparation: The hotel does not provide any carry-on snacks or early breakfast options for guests heading out on the early morning Gir safari, which is a major oversight for a property catering to wildlife tourism. I have been to Safari at Ranthambore many a times where hotels usually provide this facility.. Of note the conduct of receptionist Mr. Vipul was pleasant and satisfactory. He tried to accommodate us with pleasant smile but couldn’t do much may be because of resort’s policy.. Would not recommend unless some major improvements are made in cleanliness, service efficiency, and guest convenience.
