A good hotel located centrally near giridih rail station and main market. Room and service is good enough for us during the stay for two days.

Huge parking issues. The hotel is not situated beside a road and one has to take a narrow lane street to reach it. Its difficult to manouveur the four wheelers. Food only has vegetarian option. No exhaust in the washroom. Electricity supply is scarce hence forget the ac.

"My overall experience was good. The breakfast was tasty, and the room was clean. However, one thing made me uncomfortable – the receptionist. His unprofessional behavior, especially his constant staring, made me feel uneasy during my stay. Receptionists are the first point of contact, and they should be welcoming, respectful, and professional at all times. I would suggest providing him with proper training on customer service and professional conduct. Aside from this, everything else was great."

Hotel was good with good staff behaviour. It was clean. Only issue was with the roads.
