Found cockroaches in my cabin. There are many wild monkeys surrounding my cabin ransacking rubbish bin for food. I hope the hotel take notes of pests problem and additionally provide more hotel activities.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay, and I appreciate the hospitality of your team. I would be happy to return on my next visit to here and would recommend your hotel to others. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

nice cabin, nice view, everything is nice. best place for healing. the only downside is for foreigner, you need to have indonesian number to activate the app for the cabin’s key, room service etc. otherwise everything is good.

It is advisable to download the Bobocabin apps before you arrive. All the communication, room key and check-out process will be via their apps. Room service is a breeze. Just chat with them your order and when to deliver it and they did deliver it on time. The view is to die for. We managed to watch the sunset on the first night and it was splendid! Will definitely try the other Bobocabin whenever I travel to Indonesia in the future.

Love the cleanliness, design and the view tha tis facing mountains and lakes in Parapat. No gojek or grabfood available nearby. So we need to order food from the hotel. Price for food is reasonable and quite tasty. But we recommend you to buy your own snacks/foods before check in. Staff is realy helpful and answer all our queries swiftly. We had a bunch of wet clothes and they offered to use the hotel’s laundry. Shower is not strong enough but that’s okay. A bit sad that iron is not provided.

It was the best experience and staycation ever. The location was easy to find, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would 100% recommend this place. It is suitable for couples and solo travelers. Five stars to the Management and Operations team! Love.
