Very clean and tidy. Outside looks like old but inside not. We like swimming pool and jacuzzi there. Also there are sauna and steam. Good for relaxing. Nice breakfast with affordable price.We will be back for holidays.

Overall, a good and comfortable stay. The room was spacious, and the kid enjoyed the pool. Staff were generally good, though not everyone was equally welcoming. The location wasn’t ideal, and ongoing roadwork nearby was a bit of a downside. Still, a pleasant experience.

For the price I paid was well worth it, great hotel. Never had food or drink as prices looked pricey. Never used other facilities in the hotel due to there closing times and the time I arrived unfortunately. Only issue was the original room I was given had to go to reception twice as key card wasn’t working but the eventually sorted it by giving me another room. (You would think they would be aware if one of there room doors ain’t working prior to guest arrival). Apart from that had a great stay and would recommend.

Prompt check in and very polite and helpful staff. It is very close to town but outside the loud and crowded areas. Good room with all basic amenities. Overall good experience.

Cracking hotel didn’t get to use the pool but it looked good. Breakfast was great. Definitely stay here again.

We have been travelling to Glasgow for two years but we did know this hotel but who can provide all this facilities. My wife and I, we like all facilities like swim pool, spa, Gym etc we love it. 🤣🤣🤣🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I booked this hotel for my wife’s 40th birthday so we could relax in the pool and sauna when we got there they said the pool and sauna opens at 4pm till 8pm only however it doesn’t say this on the website at all. As we had booked an early dinner and show for the night we weee unable to use these facilities at all, we were intending on using the spa facilities in the morning of our departure but this wasn’t possible and had we known the time limitations we would not have booked this hotel at all, we would have chosen a hotel which has normal operating hours for their spa. We had to pay £15 to park in a car park full of glass which I think it’s shocking especially considering there is a car park in the photographs of the hotel however guests are not allowed to use it, no reason was given as to why this was the case. I won’t ever be back to this hotel after this. Any other hotels I have been to that have the swimming sauna is open all the time. What a waste of money I had to contact the manager in the dining room during breakfast as one of the chairs at our table had an exposed nail that ripped my wife’s brand new dress which she had only just put on this morning. When this was advised to the manager she just removed the chair, we again complained about our stay at checkout however the receptionist did not even apologise. One of our friends had a leaky toilet in their room and the panel in the bathroom was loose and exposed which again wasn’t addressed. Extremely disappointed in the service at this hotel and will not be back.

Great place, friendly staff but the food was not great standard breakfast was not that good too

was close when arrived then open till I checked out same story with the spa and kit
