Travelodge Glasgow Queen Street recensioner

Hotel is really close to the Citu Centre and GOMA. Happy that restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. Staff are nice. Only little sorry that I forgot the hairdryer is not included.

I couldn't even actually check in because it was overbooked. Pretty bummed as staff had to move me to another hotel. Was able to use their bar while waiting, which was quite nice

Great location. Stayed here before. Staff are friendly but it's really let down in other areas. Our room was filthy. Bed was fresh but the desk was sticky, carpet looked like it hadn't been hoovered in weeks and when I went to plug in my phone beside the bed there was the remains of someone's peperami snack lying on the floor. Bathroom had a brown poo mark on the loo seat (which we cleaned!) And the loo floor was covered in long black hairs. I am platinum blonde and my friend has long dyed red hair... We told reception who offered to comp us breakfast but we had already paid for it so they just took the feedback. We asked for an iron and ironing board, and they were really pitiful appliances. They could do with an upgrade for sure. Oh and during breakfast the coffee machine was fully broken and was being taken apart...

All was good. Loved the location and size of room. But I'm surprised to see travelodge is still charging for WiFi. I had to pay 3 pounds for 24 hrs WiFi access. And the premise doesn't have good coverage to use my own data. Weird. Mostly all hotels and have free WiFi. I think travelodge need to do something about it

The service was very good and the room was very clean. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

The room was a little run down. The electric kettle was dirty but overall it was clean enough to spend the night. The location was great and near the shopping area. The car park was a little far.

Hotel and location was good. Parking was available at nearby NCP at a reduced rate for hotel customers which is located 5 minutes walk from the hotel. There was no hand wash in the toilet despite reminding the counter desk. Room was comfortable but heating wasn't up to scratch. Heater was a bit tricky to use.

Perfectly located from Central Station with loads of pubs, cafés & restaurants within a 5 minute radius. Nearby shops to suit every taste& budget too. My only complaint was not realising there is no hairdryer in the room after I'd taken a fabulous shower & washed my hair. Luckily it was a nice warm day so my hair dried naturally reasonably quickly. We visited Bier Halle close by and loved it. We're already planning our next booking for this Travel lodge soon.

Location location location. Just bed and shower. Registration time is very straight and will not do it until 15:00.

Hotel very central right next to George Square. Rooms nice and clean comfortable bed and lovely breakfast in the morning

This hotel is near shops, restaurants, bus and Queen train station. Would recommend it.

Very nice location ( 3 minutes walk from train station). Nice smelling hand soap. Room is large.
