Maldron Hotel Glasgow City recensioner

Came here on business. Great modern hotel with clean room & access to city.

This hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Glasgow, 3 min walk to bus station and 7 mins to Queen Street train station. The staff were super friendly and answered all questions. The only downside in the room was the AC/Thermostat. It had its on mind and would switch it self off, turn up or down on its own and this resulted in being too hot or cold. Otherwise this room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed.

The location was ideal for us, we stayed in level 12 - great view, I booked in and bought a added birthday package and specifically told them not to leave the balloons (as my partner was allergic and also scared of big pops) and they told me we will replace it with flowers and cakes/ chocolates. I phoned them two days prior to my arrival and they said yes, all taken care off. Surprise, surprise. As soon as we entered the room we see balloons was staring at us. No flowers, chocolates or cakes. We waited till late afternoon when we returned. To see at our room. Long story short, it was great!

Really great experience. Modern hotel with great price. Staff are warm and kind. Bus station is only 30 seconds walk away.

The ambience and facilities are average, but the service is good

The room is big and tidy Beds are comfortable
