Caravan Inn

We were in town for a Christmas family gathering. My husband and I stumbled upon this place and chose it due to the location. We are so glad we did. We were staying in the Honeymoon Suite that was directly above the office/breakfast area - Room 108. Check-in - super easy Room - very very large, clean, lots of windows, beautiful view, comfortable seating, I really had no complaints. Two large TVs, WiFi gave us no issues. Breakfast - it was simple but I noticed that some items were rotated. Coffee makers are not in the rooms but upon asking they put one in the room for us. Parking - there was always ample parking and the parking lot was cleared from snow pretty quickly in the mornings. Location - I would say about 1 mile from downtown. Close to drug stores, grocery, gas, etc. Staff - the front desk people and the cleaning ladies were very nice when we encountered them. Even though we have family that we can stay within Glenwood I will always take the opportunity to stay here if the need arises.

We stayed overnight and left early. Our second floor room was set back a bit from the walkway so we heard no outside noise. It was a good size with mini-fridge and microwave. The sink/vanity is outside the bathroom but around a wall from the main room. Everything seemed clean. Breakfast didn't start until 7:00 and we left early for hiking so can't comment on that other than we'd have liked a "grab and go" option or hot drink for the road. We ate dinner at Frida's which is right by the hotel because it was recommended by local family.

Stayed for a couple of nights en route to Utah. Comfortable room, quiet location, friendly staff and just a short walk from the bars and restaurants. Breakfast was basic (too much sweet stuff) so just took coffee back to the room each day but that suited us
