OYO Go2 Gloucester Hotel

Great hospitality,feels like home away from home,serene environment close to the City centre,bus stations and other side attractions of Gloucester. Professional, friendly and courteous staff,especially AFAQ,he was exceptional,always there to respond ti the needs of guests. Pocket friendly hotel,suitable for family vacations as provisions are made for Pets.

First things first, the staff member on the desk was super friendly and welcoming. Its very cheap. The room itself was basic, but it was £58, so that’s understandable. Before my negatives, it was £58, was not expecting the Hilton, but most of the negatives could be fixed with a little TLC. The room was basic as I said, the bed was great and comfortable, TV, brew kit. Here’s the negatives, and these don’t need to be like this. The surfaces had visible dust on them , they were filthy. The carpets were extremely dirty, walked round for a while with no shoes, my feet were black . The shower had two settings, hot or skin stripping and you had to share it with mold/mildew. Outside the window was what looked like a resting place for old room furniture, literally spread everywhere, just no need. With a bit of TLC, it could be a real gem, as it is, not the best.
