This hotel is very friendly I was staying for 2 weeks ,my work had paid for my stay and food Ian who I met the first night when ge checked me in He told me about the local area as I was sure which way to go in the morning as I was in gloucester fo r work The room is very basic , only 2 plugs and you need to leave hanging tag on the handle if u need more tea &coffee etc The room overlooked the busy road and was very loud The bed wasn't very comfortable but if you like basic and cheap then it's for you , it's OK for a base as I was using it for The food was very nice and decent price All in all a good stay , would stay again

A great place to stay to visit the shopping centre and the docks. Clean, comfortable and welcom8ng. Great value breakfast too!!

Always a great experience in Gloucester! Ian, Anisa, and Rema are welcoming, friendly, and happy to help. I visit regularly as my office is based here in gloucester. They are always welcoming to everyone. Always would recommend staying here!

The hotel room was very cold, despite setting the heating thermostat up high. There was a freestanding plug in electric heater in the room, suggesting that others may have had the same issue before me. I had this heater on all night, but was still cold in bed. The room was also very noisy, both from the heating system installed in the ceiling and also from traffic and sirens outside the building. On top of this, there were ky two power points in the room, one of which was occupied at all times by the electric heater. This left only one socket for the kettle, hairdryer, charging devices etc. It was very poor!!

The bed was broken and very loud guests during the night as someone was locked out of their room. Was clean though.

Great stay, very comfortable, special shout to Ian who was more than helpful, also to the lovely receptionist. Rooms were spacious and clean and the bar open 24 hours so always an opportunity for a night cap. Also very central to amenities. Many thanks to all

The reception check in was made so easy and calmly by Ian all the relevant information aas provided and he was quick to check me in and make me feel at home. He encouraged me to add the breakfast as I was undecided describing the full range of breakfast items on offer how I could take my time and enjoy as much as I want over the course of 7-10am. The dinner was fabulous and large pizza cooked perfectly as Ian said they make their own pizza dough and use a large pizza oven (no frozen pizzas here) now to test how comfy the bed and pillows are and how quiet or noisy the hotel is ?

Ian and Anita are lovely. They were really welcoming after a long hard day. Great staff and that’s really what makes a difference. I’m visiting while a family member is in hospital and after a difficult day these two made the difference between a hard day and a bad day. Rooms are basic but clean and tidy.
