From the outside, the hotel makes a great impression – modern, well-designed, and visually striking. Unfortunately, the interior and service fall far short of what you’d expect from a four-star hotel. Right at pool reception, we were met with an unpleasant dose of reality. The receptionist was ride!Despite prior notice that the room was booked for three people (two adults and a child), we had to argue just to get a third towel. It’s absurd and disappointing to have to “fight” for such a basic necessity in a hotel of this class. The Carpatia restaurant didn’t meet expectations either. Service was slow, despite the place being nearly empty. We waited far too long for appetizers, and even longer for the main course. Starters were decent, but mains were average at best and definitely not worth the high prices. Overall – overpriced, slow, and left us feeling unsatisfied. The half-board option would’ve been a much better choice – cheaper, faster, and tastier. Only plus: excellent climbing wall staff.
