Good hotel stay, location is on kolhapur goa highway, which is good for travelers but too far from mahalaxmi temple. Room is good, food is also nice.

Stay was poor because the rooms was terrible. tv was not working and fan regulator also not working.
Bathroom windows was broken and in bucket we found spiders. there was some broken part on fall calling and some lights was not on. lunch time in restaurant one team person had provided with excellent service but at night other staff who gave service for dinner were drunked. Overall some staffs was helpful and Some staffs was not.

Place of the hotel is very convenient. Rooms are good size but cleanness wise horrible. The rooms, bed sheets, pillows cover washroom, commode are very very dirty. But only positive thing is the staffs are very good and polite.
