I would like to leave my feedback, as many of the photos on the website do not reflect reality. I am giving stars only for the delicious food and the swimming pools for children and adults. The kitchen saved the situation, as everything else was rather disappointing. There were only three towels in the room: one for the feet and two for adults, both of which were stained. The bed also had stains, the extractor fan in the shower did not work, and we were provided with only one bottle 2 in 1shampoo and shower gel. There was no conditioner or body lotion, even though more amenities were shown in the photos on Booking. When we requested a hand towel, we were given one with a hole in it. The rubbish was not removed daily, as the cleaner explained that she only had a plastic card and not a key, while our room could only be opened with a key. This meant that every day we had to look for her in order to hand over the rubbish. It took about 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Although a transfer was provided, it was still very inconvenient. Finally, when it rained, water leaked from the roof onto the tables in the dining room. Overall, while we enjoyed our holiday, we were rather disappointed with the standard of service.

Elmaz For the first time in my life, they have been accommodating me all day, it was terrible 😨🥺😱we arrived at 10:30 in the morning, we didn't expect to be accommodated until around 2:00pm, but we waited and waited, and finally at 5:00pm they gave us a key, BUT we go and what a mess, a dirty room, the cleaner in a panic, no sheets, no towels, no supplies!!! So we hung our luggage on the terrace and continued to wait, and finally at 6:30pm they put sheets on us, and for towels and supplies, you'll just have to wait!!! For three days they didn't clean the 4-star room that we were making up for a family room, but they pushed us into a double economy room!!! Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They advertise on their website services they do not provide. They say there is a night club with entertainment and there isn’t, the sofa bed was broke in half, the curtains don’t cover the windows so you can’t get sleep, the food is absolutely disgusting so our all inclusive holiday turned into a self catering holiday forcing us to eat out of the hotel every night. Absolutely disgusting hotel

One of the best holiday as I feel always at my home… their slogan is your second home. I was here 5 years ago when it was hilton and I saw that all personal is running for guest satisfaction. In the following years when i came back I always had a fruit basket from general manager saying welcome to your second home. Now it is my home thank you all but special thanks to barman Stoyan, he always run for hotel success and best cocktails and working like it is his own business.. I will come back next year too

Best All Inclusive Experience . Everything from the rooms , pools , Food , beverages and staff is not 5 but 10 stars . We came here in a family vacation and we had a blast. We could feel like home . Everyone was so welcoming and we were treated so nice

My family recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience due to the staff's behavior. From the moment we arrived, we were met with hostility and rudeness. The staff members were not only unhelpful but also outright disrespectful, often raising their voices and making rude comments. This lack of basic customer service skills made our stay extremely uncomfortable. On several occasions, we witnessed staff yelling at other guests, which created a very negative and stressful atmosphere. It was clear that they lacked the necessary training to handle guests with courtesy and professionalism. Their behavior overshadowed any positive aspects of the hotel, such as the location or amenities. We sincerely hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues, as the current state of customer service is unacceptable. Until significant improvements are made, we would not recommend staying at this hotel.

I have made the worst possible mistake when choosing for a hotel in golden sands. This hotel is quite isolated and once inside you are imprisoned and in order to go to the beach or the nearest hamburger stand you have to walk for 45 minutes. All the other hotels like Hellios which is the neighboring Hotel have a backdoor which helps travellers to get to the beach and golden sands interesting places easily. This hotel has nothing. You have to wait for the first shuttle that leaves at 9 in the morning. Secondly don't be fooled by the word park view. The park view rooms look into a car park. Look at the view I got. Please avoid the rooms 129 and 128 which look on some glass shavings. See the picture. The hotel is old and carpets are not cleans. Food is basic and ifbyou want to have fresh fish or something you have to walk for 45 minutes to get to the nearest restaurant
