Elmaz For the first time in my life, they have been accommodating me all day, it was terrible 😨🥺😱we arrived at 10:30 in the morning, we didn't expect to be accommodated until around 2:00pm, but we waited and waited, and finally at 5:00pm they gave us a key, BUT we go and what a mess, a dirty room, the cleaner in a panic, no sheets, no towels, no supplies!!! So we hung our luggage on the terrace and continued to wait, and finally at 6:30pm they put sheets on us, and for towels and supplies, you'll just have to wait!!! For three days they didn't clean the 4-star room that we were making up for a family room, but they pushed us into a double economy room!!! My family recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience due to the staff's behavior. From the moment we arrived, we were met with hostility and rudeness. The staff members were not only unhelpful but also outright disrespectful, often raising their voices and making rude comments. This lack of basic customer service skills made our stay extremely uncomfortable. On several occasions, we witnessed staff yelling at other guests, which created a very negative and stressful atmosphere. It was clear that they lacked the necessary training to handle guests with courtesy and professionalism. Their behavior overshadowed any positive aspects of the hotel, such as the location or amenities. We sincerely hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues, as the current state of customer service is unacceptable. Until significant improvements are made, we would not recommend staying at this hotel.
