Park Hotel Briz - All Inclusive & Free Parking

We were aware of the location when booking but the steps to/from the beachfront were a killer (going back up to hotel ). This hotel should be reclassified as it is not 3*. This is our 6th stay in Golden Sands and definitely the worst hotel considering location, hotel condition and all inclusive options. Pro’s Friendly reception and bar staff Food available ok but repetitive Free parking Con’s Very tired hotel, rooms need updating, no hairdryer, no shower gel (only shampoo and small soap provided). Our shower room nothing like the one shown in the pictures. Pool area small but nice, sun beds provided but no mattress so extremely uncomfortable , also sun beds were dirty where people had spilled drinks etc. FOOD: Very little choice , breakfast typically Eastern European, lunch and evening meal - salad and small hot meal selection, sweet treats, very little fruit. Afternoon cakes were put out but many guests grabbed platefuls of them without any thought for others. Ice cream available to help yourself from freezer. DRINKS: very small selection of local spirits . Water, juice, coffee and chocolate available from machines-free of charge. Only one bar which was in the dining area. Lots of single use plastic waste when having a drink. DINING: unless you ate early there were no clean tables - the tables were cleared but left dirty, following evening meal the outdoor table areas were filthy. (Not blaming the staff as the bar staff doubled up as table clearers and they were busy). Regularly a shortage of clean plates and many plates and bowls were chipped. Poor Wi-Fi

Stay away from this location! All Inclusive is not all inclusive Staff so rude, even the management! To go on the beach up and down 250 stairs to climb! Rooms, dirty, old, towels change like 1 in 3 days. So i will definitely recommend to stay away from this location if you want to have a good time and not ruining your holiday and your nerves!
