SH Dolce Vita- All Inclusive - Free Aquapark & Beach & Beach Bar

This is a terrible terrible hotel. The worst vacation experience ever. When we arrived at the destination the guard was very aggressive and yelled at us not to park on the street. We explained we just wanted to leave the luggage but he didn't let us and forced us to park in the space that was also theirs(we had to pay extra 80 eur/7nights).We went to check in and the receptionist was bored and treated us like dirt. She took our id's and passports and was going to return them later. What?!? I never leave my doc to the reception. She gave us our room cards but no bracelets. She took the parking money but she didn't say anything about half of the amount we were left to pay for the apartment. (we had one of the most expensive apartments).She also forgot to give us the beach card. The hotel lacks hygiene in general (but the room was clean), it's also very dark everywhere, the music is horrible and generally the atmosphere was down.They have a salon for massage and they advertise it everywhere with flyers and many incense sticks that burn in the lobby, at the reception, on the coridorrs. It has a heavy smell and you feel like there is no air. It feels like a mortuary.Beware people with asthma. The staff 's attitude was awful and rude. Everyone looked tired, frustrated, annoyed and angry. The beach towels were dirty. Next to the pool zone is dirty. The food is HORRIBLE.They have a variety of meat but all of it is made like a stew with a lot of oil. EVERYDAY is the SAME FOOD. eg. turkey stew(the meat smelled bad), veal stew(was good), pork stew(dry), roasted duck(mini pieces, didn't taste like duck), grilled frozen fish, frozen bag fries, macaroni(just boiled or in oil), spaghetti(the same) and rice. Sweets are also few and terrible. We didn't have room at the tables, we had to wait for others to finish. They also made pizza which was the only thing I ate for 4 days cause'it was good. One day they made meatballs but they were RAW.The snack bar served the leftovers from the other days. (also oily stuff and wurst) and they don't have coffee only cheap fake soda. The beach is far and there are a lot of broken sunbeds and umbrellas. It is also dirty. There is no bar on the beach. During the forth day of our stay the manager, miss Radostina annuled the room cards and locked us out. We came from the pool with our kids and we stayed in front of the room, wet, for 40 min. She said that they forgot to charge us the other half of the amount and we cannot enter the room(where I had my credit card 🙄). She also insisted many times to leave the hotel if we are not happy with the 4 stars services that were more like 3stars or less. Like that would have been so easy to do considering we traveled quite the distance. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! You will be miserable and sorry for choosing it.

Добрый день, отдыхали с 9 августа по 16 августа. Понравилось: 1. Территория; 2. Место расположение; 3. Снек бар, Греческий а ля карте - очень вкусно. 4. Наличие горок. 5. Вид из окна. 6. Хорошая анимация, очень стараются и весело. Не понравилось: 1. Грязь- в номере, в главном ресторане, лежаки у моря у бассейна. В туалете муравьи. За неделю 2 раза номер забыли убрать, сами воду покупали. 2. Питание в главном ресторане - за блинами очередь 30 минут, почему не поставить 2 работника. Много людей-2 миски с огурцами, 2 миски с помидорами, 2 с арбузом…. 3. Бассейны грязные, у бассейна грязно. Как дети катаются, никто не смотрит, зачем спасатели которые спят?! 4. Нет места для не курящих, потому вся гостиница должна курить , если мы не курим. Цена и качество не соответствует. Удачи!

Das Dolce Vita lebt vom Glanz vergangener Zeiten und ist inzwischen weder von der Substanz noch vom Service her auf der Höhe der Zeit. Strand: Der Strand ist 2023 ca 2 Kilometer weit entfernt am Hotel Admiral. Zwischen 9und 12, sowie 14-18 Uhr fährt ein Shuttlebus. Der fasst ca. 16 Leute. Bei 720 Gästen kann man sich das Chaos ganz gut vorstellen, wenn nicht..... siehe Bilder. Pool: Pro Tag legen sich ca. 15 Kinder auf den glatten Fliesen auf die Nase. Persönlich war ich Zeuge von 2 IM WASSER aufgetretenen Schnittverletzungen. Liegenkapazität ca. 25% der Belegungskapazität. Auch hier wieder Chaos und Weckerstellen zum Handtuchwerfen. Essen: Essen ist eintönig, aber O.K. 2 Kaffeeautomaten die nicht ganz Fehlerfrei laufen hingegen viel zu wenig. So wie die verfügbaren Plätze. Es gibt 320 Restaurantplätze für ca. 750-800 Besucher. Kein Problem, doch letztendlich beträgt das Zeitfenster morgens und Abends auf 60-80 Minuten, da man sonst entweder am Pool, oder am Veranstaltungsraum in die Röhre schaut. Wer zu spät kommt schaut der Kinderdisco im stehen zu weil die Plätze im Freien nicht reichen. Kinderbuffet...... siehe Bilder. Service: Es gibt motivierte Mitarbeiter. Vor allem die Hilfskräfte mühen sich redlich das Chaos an den Tischen in Griff zu bekommen. All Inclusive zeigt sich hier von der vollen Schattenseite..... selten so viele überfüllte Abfall-Teller gesehen. Positiv ist auch die Crew an der Bar und der Restaurant Chef aufgefallen. Ansonsten ist der Service mau. Rezeption ist zwar besetzt, aber Mimik, und Körpersprache sind genervt bis ablehnend. Unser Rückflug ist spät und so wurde Tage im Voraus nach einem Late Check Out gefragt. Antwort: Kann erst 24 Stunden vorher gebucht werden. 24 Stunden vor Abreise dann: Es ist nicht möglich, man wäre fast ausgebucht und könne so kurzfristig die Zimmeraufteilung nicht mehr ändern. Wiederholungsgäste schilderten uns: Früher war es anders und besser. Corona hat hier tiefe Spuren hinterlassen. Das Management war/bzw. ist unfähig sich auf die veränderten Bedingungen und Gäste einzustellen. Man lässt es einfach "laufen". Optimierungspotential ist durchaus vorhanden, 2 zusätzliche Shuttle, höhere Bestuhlung vor der Kinderdisco, Nutzung des zweiten Restaurants, Anschaffung zusätzlicher Kaffeeautomaten. Kostet aber und die Mehrzahl der bei unserem Besuch anwesenden Gäste juckt es wohl nicht. Die sinds gewohnt und Hauptsache die Teller voll.....auch beim Abräumen. Für uns der erste und letzte Besuch. Man ist ständig im Terminstress, ständiges gerangel um Plätze und durch den weiten Weg zum Strand total unflexibel. Ja Sorry, ich habs einfach gern etwas organisierter und wenn ich 4 Sterne buche dann erwarte ich schon ein etwas höheres Servicelevel als die Mischung aus Freibad, Imbisbude und Jugendherberge.

Très bel hôtel. Piscine très belles. Buffet plus que correct...massages top ...plage privée vraiment très agréable....personnel presque tous sympas. Chambre bel et grande. Emplacement à 10 min à pied de la plage et du centre. Je recommande

Zakończyliśmy urlop tygodniowy w hotelu Dolce Vita. Moim zdaniem hotel jak najbardziej zasługuje na 4*. Pokoje duże, przestronne, sprzątane codziennie. Widok z pokoju 701 bajeczny. Baseny fenomenalne, brodzik dla dzieci, duży basen (25m) i wodny plac zabaw. Przy każdym wystarczająca ilość leżaków. Bus jeździ na plażę co 30 min i wraca z plaży również co 30 min. W hotelu codziennie odbywają się animacje, a wieczorami dla dzieci mini disco, a po 21:00 dla reszty gości. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, różnorodne. Można by się przyczepić, że powtarzalne, ale dla nas nie stanowiło to problemu. Oczywiście, jeśli ktoś będzie szukał minusów, to je znajdzie, ale nie po to są wakacje. Szczerze polecam. Jedynie żałuję, że nie kupiliśmy opcji 2tyg.
