This half of a newly built townhouse boasts 1100 Square ft. of comfort and modern amenities. There's a full kitchen with new appliances (including a dishwasher!), outfitted with cooking and eating utensils, knives (be careful, they're sharp!) dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, and Keurig. Coffee, tea, condiments, and spices are provided. There's a bar height eating area as well as a dining table and chairs (2 extra chairs are stored in the bedrooms). The living area features comfortable seating, a smart tv with access to multiple free channels, and a 14000 BTU a/c unit that easily cools the whole house. Books for adults and kids are available if that's more your vibe. You'll have your own private patio with a propane barbeque grill (available May-October), and table and chairs for dining outside. Wifi is available for all your internet needs. The master bedroom has a brand new king size mattress. There's a dresser available as well as a walk-in closet off the master bathroom, for storing your clothes. Complimentary hair dryer, toiletries, and linens are there for you to use. The living room and master bedroom are located at the back of the house which makes for a nice, private and quiet stay. The guest bedroom has a new queen mattress and a large closet. The guest bath has a full tub/shower with complimentary toiletries. The washer and dryer are located here, with laundry soap and dryer sheets for your use. There is a 19 ft. deep, single car garage to secure your collector car, motorcycle, or anything else you want to secure during your stay. The class 2 EV charger is located just inside, on the wall. Due to insurance restrictions, we ask that you please not park your EV in the garage. This home is centrally located with the Goldendale Observatory State Park, to the north, and the Columbia River and wineries to the south. Downtown you'll find restaurants and The Presby Museum. There is a city pool with a disc golf course, and hiking trails located on Observatory Hill. Safe and clean property
This place was perfect for our stay. Three of us stayed at the property. Everything we needed was available at the home and it was a very clean property. We stayed here mainly because we wanted to visit the goldendale observatory. We found other places to go in the area including Stonehenge Replica. The location is very quiet and it also feels very safe. I highly recommend staying in Goldendale and particularly at this property.

Goldendale Observatory field trip
We really enjoyed our trip to the Goldendale Observatory and were so comfortable staying in this nice clean jome that was just down the hill. We relaxed, enjoyed a home cooked meal between presentations & the kids really enjoyed the books, blocks & activities the host thoughtfully provided. I also appreciated hpw clean & fresh the home was.

Super cute & clean stay!
Although my stay was short, it was great! The home was super clean and comfortable. The area was very quiet….so quiet I had a difficult time sleeping. All the extra condiments were a huge plus as well! If I plan to be back in the area, I will definitely stay again. Thank you again for the stay!

Perfect Accommodation for a Visit to Goldendale
My coworker and I decided to plan a museum trip to the Maryhill Museum and wanted to stay locally. I found this gem and it was exactly as advertised. Clean, welcoming, and comfy. The area was relatively quiet and just a hop and a skip from downtown Goldendale, the Observatory, and only 10 minutes or so from the Maryhill estate and the Stonehedge memorial. The property manager made sure we had everything we needed for our visit and even had a list of restaurants as well as places to visit, including the St. Johns' Greek Bakery that we stopped at on the way home. I definitely recommend this property!

What a find!!
There may not be a ton of options in Goldendale, but even if there were, I would pick this house every time. Incredibly clean, easy walking distance to downtown, very comfy beds, well stocked with everything we needed (and more), beautifully decorated, and terrific communication with the owner. I can't say enough good stuff about this house and would highly recommend it. 10/10

Central GoldenDale
The place was just as listed. Kitchen had plenty of supplies. Area was quiet, safe, and close to Main Street of town. Everything was clean and was ready on time. Great communication from owner who made sure everything was satisfactory.
