Sandy Beach Resort

First of all I have to say that this is a very good hotel. It's clean and the staff is great and always in a good mood. The children animation is good and the kids club is in a good shape and the animator is very nice to the kids. She also looked after my child, when she left the club to see if she gets to us. Thumbs up. As I wrote, the hotel is very clean. You can always see staff cleaning nearly everything. Even at the meal. The food is very delicious. Nearly every day you get different things like fish, Gambas, Shrimps... The rooms are very nice and been made new a few years ago. So what's negative? The music at the beach bar was to loud. You couldn't even talk to each other at the same table. I've told that once and it was properly turned down. Wow! Even if I would, I can't tell you something bad about this hotel and the staff. You have to be child friendly to go here, there are a lot of children in this hotel. End of review hotel. Now my opinions about Albania. __________________________________________ You have to talk English to come here. In Albania nearly no one speaks another language. No problem for me, but it was difficult for the kids and the rest of my family. Don't drive public bus! Don't do! Really don't do it! From Golem, you don't have much sightseeings without traveling 3 hours. Take care of your car for rental and check everything wisely.

Certo good hotel all is perfect, the people are very very Nice. The rooms and peefect and the food very good. The beach is perfect too Wi-Fi works very well in the rooms. All inclusive service is good. Is very good for famílies and is all very clean

Great service everything is handled with smile. Food diversity, polite staff, near to the beach so ot means great location. I'm visiting Sandy beach Resort for many years and I'm very satisfiet with everything that resort offers. I strongly recomand this hotel as it's child friendly as well and it is great place for families. It is worth saying that you are not just a number to them you are vaulable visitor... one example I can give when I spent some water and stuff from minibar and ot was not huge fee and they just said All good no need to pay... it just shows how serious they are and mos inportant thing for the resort is to delight visitors

I spent an amazing week with my family at Sandy Beach Resort in Albania. The staff is extremely welcoming and professional, answering all our requests on the spot. The room was large, clean and very well kept. The buffet was varied, with a good selection of salads and local delicacies. Three swimming pools and convenient location steps away from the beach provided a very relaxing setting for our vacation. There’s also a very nice beach bar. Great spot for families!

We were not allowed to bring anything to drink or eat into the hotel, not even water. The staff did not understand wether english or german. We tried for several days to get coffecups, glasses and chears enough to three people which we were in the room. We were told from Apollo that we would have three corse meal, but we got buffet which mostly was cold vegetables and bad quality food. We did not have all inclusive, but they did not have as much as three glasses of red wine for sale, day two. I have stayed at hotels all over the world, but never felt so not welcomed. And we did not act poor or at any time was drunk. I will not revommend this hotel.

Average food Average resort Average staff behavior Bracelets - They gave us some bracelets which were made out of letters and we had to have them throughout the day, they had a weak/letter material and did break easily. If you didn't have them they would annoy you to wear them. Also nowhere was mentioned that we couldn't have drinks with the offer that we had, but they said this bracelet color can't drink. Although the drinks were in the same place where the other bracelet colors were, same place, different rules depending on the bracelet color. Balcony - The rooms had a balcony which was separated with glass from the other rooms, the same balcony just with a small glass separation that one can bypass easily, couldn't sleep knowing that you're not safe. Parking - open parking inside the resort, the place is just adjusted to be used as a parking lot, can barely call it that.
