When walking into this former “Swiss Touch Hotel” you feel yourself thinking, the Swiss touch is gone by now. But once you see the breakfast buffet, just wow! Full 5 star breakfast with all Western and Asian breakfast foods you like, good baked goods, eggs to order, even a cheese platter. Even fresh Pork knuckle! The best breakfast in all our Qinghai journey, and that in such an out of the way town.

Room air-conditioning is terrible, central chiller is not functioning. F&B wise, only one non hotel operated Chinese restaurant within the hotel with horrible waiting time. However, breakfast wise is surprisingly very good by local standard.

This is one of the better quality options in Golmud (there aren’t many). The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the service was very poor - there were no functioning USB ports in the room and the hotel was unhelpful - seeming unwilling or unable able to offer a solution. The “room service” is actually takeaway food delivered from outside the hotel but no cutlery/chopsticks was provided with it. When we asked the hotel to provide some, it took nearly 20 minutes to arrive (longer than the food itself), by which time the food was getting cold. We had to ask repeatedly for sufficient drinking water, having only been provided two small bottles for two people. Aside from the poor service, the hotel is in an odd location, surrounding by closed shops and building sites - nowhere near the commercial centre of the city - with nothing within walking distance. With the right management, it could be an excellent hotel, but it’s not quite there at the moment.

- laundry service: I don't understand how an hotel rated 5* does not propose laundry service, even from outside for a fee... There's only 3 machines available to clean your clothes yourself so it's pretty busy, only one have a "drying" function. At least 2 of the machines are leaking so the laundry room is extremely slippery. - Hot shower in the room is not stable and turn suddenly cold to burning hot. - Breakfast proposed a large choice but the quality is very low. Sausages are cold. Jiaozi are very dry and lukewarm. - Hospitality: I never saw the employees smile, except the cleaning lady. The general attitude is pretty rude and not inviting, except from the manager and one man helping me scheduling a tour. I was reminded twice by a call, 3h and 1h before leaving, to checkout on time. Super rude. Never experienced that before and it really felt they were in hurry to throw me out. + The room are big though. Conclusion: Generally speaking, it's a 2 to 3* quality hotel. But even 3* have a better hospitality. If they could improve the attitude, like in other province of China that would be ok.

晚上10點入住沒有門迎沒有行李員,衹有一個前台女服務員,辦理過程全程沒有笑容,辦理快結束的時候我問攜程鑽石會員可以升級房間嗎,看了我一眼説看一下,1秒回覆我已經升級豪華大床了,結果我住的根本就是預訂的普通的房間,和攜程上的豪華房圖片根本不一樣,辦理好了看我一個人拖着2個大行李箱也都不問我要不要人來幫忙,我硬是現在前台等了好幾分鐘,我老公停好車進來才上樓,這種情況我在其他酒店從來沒有遇到過,不知道是不是這個酒店沒有行李員,但是作為酒店服務人員難道不應該有這種服務意識嗎,同樣的問題第二天退房也是一樣都沒有行李員的,前台人員也同樣態度冷漠,讓我等查完房才能退按金,説到按金,現在很多酒店都不收按金,尤其是沒有mini吧的,這家酒店就一瓶農夫山泉15塊,一瓶氧氣罐20元,還要收300元按金,退房還要讓我等查完房才行,我都説了這兩樣我都沒用,結果服務員告訴我還有一個一次性浴缸套也是收錢的,真的搞笑哦,我就告訴她沒事,我等你查完沒問題我再走,我可以等,這個酒店的硬件説實話沒得説,但是服務方面真的太差勁

入住體驗太好了,房間寬敞,衞生乾淨,沒有老酒店的痕跡,前台男工作人員小莫服務很到位,非常滿意!早餐尤其贊,不愧為五鑽酒店,如果有機會一定再來格爾木,來格爾木一定還住這裏。

性價比非常高的酒店 房間硬件很棒 早餐也是成都一路過來最好的。唯一一點就是水不是很燙,但是瑕不掩瑜,反正也沒打算洗澡。客房阿姨、餐廳服務員、保安大哥都很棒👍🏻

這次入住體驗非常好,總枱服務周全,因是凌晨三點的火車,特意安排了豐富的路餐; 房間很大,有免費的水茶咖啡,也有明碼標價的有償飲料和氧氣管,早上出門問客管要了2瓶水,晚上的房間免費用水還多給了2瓶; 賓館的自助早餐也非常豐富,品種繁多,中西結合; 特別感謝凌晨送我們去火車站的王總,碰巧在晚上12:30結賬去火車站,遇見輪值下班的王總,幫我們搬行李,直接送到了火車站,真的是非常幸運。
