Had a shocking experience with Le Clos de Gordes hotel. Due to a delayed flight we arrived later than the latest check-in 20:00. We kept the owner informed by phone and text message all the way, and he agreed to wait for us. Called us at 21:30. We informed him that the GPS said 22:30. He said he could not wait, and should book a hotel for the first night of a 3-night stay booked via *********** . We stayed in another hotel close by the first night, and called the owner the next morning. He said he had registered us as NO SHOW on ***********, which allowed him reject us staying the last 2 nights we paid for, and for him to keep all the prepaid money, which was more than Euro 500, That's really a dishonest behavior by the rude owner. I advice everyone to stay far away from Le Cls de Gordes. Read other reviews. He has done similar things before
