沒有照片那麼好，房間的衞生我覺得很一般，幾乎沒有什麼服務。

me and my lovely girlfriend went to Cappadocia for her birthday and enjoy our weekend vacation , we were lost in the neighbourhood and the hotel staff pick us up and guide us to the hotel . Then explained us different activities and suggestions and we could book of them directly in the hotel and even managed that a taxi pick us up and droves us there )))) also it was my girlfriend birthday and they gave us a gift a presidential Suit for the last night with Jacuzzi and a birthday cake :) the weekend was a super successful and my girlfriend had the best birthday ever 2000 % recommended the star really go for the quality and the location is great to see the balloons and centre of the city

The location is good, however, there was way too much dust constantly dropping on us, our beds and our suitcases. I’m not sure how much of this is normal for a cave hotel but it seemed unreasonable. Also the app allowed me to book a family room for 2 adults and 3 children while the hotel only provides for maximum 4 people.

[Honest Review] I stayed in Angel View Suite Family Room (Room 104) for 4 nights in October 2024. 🥲I didn't realise the Family room is at the underground floor when I booked it. So no window and no fresh air. There is a smell of damp. They turn off the light in the corridor during the daytime but the corridor is still dark and difficult to find the key hole. 😕The breakfast was open from 8-10am. It was lack of hot food options. They served food on plates without cover with many flies flying around. and so the hygiene problem is in doubt. ⚠️The air con was leaking all over the dressing table and on the floor and on the carpet. All my bags and clothes are fully wet. 😒No one at the reception when I want someone to fix the air con and clean the floor. Later when the staff came, he cannot speak English and use google translate to communicate. 👎No compensation for this inconvenience happened. He just came and clean the floor and offer me a Turkish tea. Who will need Turkish tea for compensation of leaking? I asked for extra toilet rolls and towels to dry my bags and clothes instead. I also need to pour the water away by myself to prevent it happen again. 🙄When you want a good bath and sleep but all you have to do is to dry your bags and the stuff inside and dry your clothes that is time consuming. I strongly regret staying in this hotel. I can't even take a good rest here. 🫤The owner himself seldom reply the WhatsApp when I try to find him for booking the transport between the airport and hotel. He confirmed me the very last moment. And when the air con is leaking, I called him and he just sent the staff to clean and did not follow up. I do not see any service here. 🤨The toilet seat is not comfortable as the picture shown. The shower screen cannot perform its function and the bathroom is all wet and slippery. 🫠When you sleep on the bed, there are ashes and little rocks keep falling off from the ceiling. The bed is sandy and uncomfortable. 🤔No one came to make up the room or refill the toilet rolls/ shower gel or clean the trash out during the 4 nights. 🤥Overall, service and room are disappointing. I don't think I will stay here again 🤗The one thing I like about it was the terrace view though the carpet is dirty. If you booked a family room like I did, I think you will understand why I give one star.

The terrace is large with a beautiful view The suite was big and clean but it smelt dampness because there was no windows.

We stayed 3 nights and they never went to clean and the water from AC went into a bucket and overflowed and wet my whole room and some of my belongings. I had to remind them 3 times to clean it up Also the room smell humidity But the lady for the kitchen was really nice and she did very good food !
