Me and my wife came from Jakarta Indonesia. We had a fantastic stay at this family-friendly hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the team made sure we had everything we needed, event we can get early check-in since we arrived around 9am. The Honeymoon Suite room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything a couple might need—jacuzzi. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere at night. The location was ideal—close to air ballon, local attractions and family-friendly breakfast restaurants run by friendly Mr. Kismet and his lovely wife. Mr. Kismet himself help us a lot, such as looking for rental scooter and understand the location around here. Highly recommend this hotel for any family looking for a stress-free, enjoyable vacation.

Hotel was run by a friendly family and they are always around to give information and made the necessary arrangements for Hot air balloons and many other. I’ve a great understanding of Cappadocia and Turkey through many chats with them. Great viewing rooftop for morning Hot air balloons! Strongly recommended!

Booked the superior suite as was the more expensive option and looked better than the rest , was situated right next to reception.. could hear absolutely everything as if they was all sharing a room with us! Room didn't get cleaned and also there a window that's goes right out to.the Street at ground level. Again very noisy.. hotels OK but DO NOT BOOK THE SUPERIOR ROOM

初めてのトルコ旅行、カッパドキアでした。こちらのホテルはスタッフ全てがファミリーで家族経営のホテルでした。 朝食や夕食はお母さんの手料理で現地の本場の味をビュッフェスタイルで楽しむことができます。ファミリーは全員とてもフレンドリーでYusufuさん、Yusufuのお兄さん、パパさんは英語が堪能でコミュニケーションは何の問題もありません。また、パパさんは日本語がとても上手です。トルコやカッパドキアの色々な興味深い話を日本語で教えてくれます。このホテルはとてもアットホームな空間で、充実したカッパドキアでの日々を過ごすことができました。 設備面に関しては エレベーターなどは無く、階段だけなのでバリアフリーではありません。そしてシャワーの温度があまり高くなかったのでもう少し温度が高いとより良いです。エアコンはなかったですが床暖房があるので暖かく過ごせます。 ただなんといってもこのホテルの魅力は、ホテルが完成して新しいところも良いですが、何よりスタッフの人の良さです。また会うために泊まりに行きたいと思えるホテルです。5star hotel and 5star family !!!

老闆性格很棒，是個有愛的人。我們退房後發現一件衣服落在了衣櫥，聯繫老闆後，他幫我們耐心解決問題，親自幫我送到了一家中國餐廳，在此表示真誠的感謝。房間很寬敞，很乾凈，床鋪也很舒服。總共三層，遺憾的是錯過了早餐，沒有品嚐到是什麼味道。整體性價比超級高，推薦大家來這裏入住，這裏的露台也能看到美美的熱氣球，也非常適合拍照，很出片哦！這個酒店在格雷梅小鎮內，出去逛非常方便，快來吧！
