The owner’s behavior isn’t just rude—it’s shockingly unprofessional, disgustingly immature, and outright hostile. Rather than offering even the bare minimum level of customer service, he chooses to mock, insult, and belittle paying guests. He single-handedly ruined my trip to Turkey with his disgraceful attitude. Instead of handling concerns like a responsible business owner, he throws petty tantrums, lashes out with sarcasm, and dismisses valid complaints with arrogance. The way he treats customers isn’t just bad—it’s downright appalling. If I had to name one thing I “liked” about this place, it would be the moment I walked out, relieved that I’d never have to deal with this disaster of a hotel ever again. Avoid this place like the plague. And just when you think it couldn’t get worse, take a look at his unhinged response to my review: "Hahaha so funny... Have fun bro, there are millions of you in this world." This is how he speaks to paying customers—mocking, condescending, and completely unhinged. I clearly stated we took the hot air balloon on the 6th, yet he keeps ranting about the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th. His brilliant response to criticism? Calling people liars. That’s his entire defense. Expect zero professionalism, zero communication skills, and zero respect from this man. He even tried to compare a Turkish bath to a horse—yes, a horse—as if that makes any sense.
