lovely place, helped us get birthday cake, nice room with courtyard access to the pool and have the cutest dog on site! would stay again

The staff are incredibly helpful and respond quickly on Whatsapp for assistance. Really appreciated their helpfulness and hospitality. However, there is only a overhead sprinkle with a very low water pressure, without a portable sprinkle. This makes shower a bit difficult and uneasy. The towels are old and worn out too.

Nice customer service, very helpful staff, the hotel is clean, very warm in the winter, have carpet and pillow on the rooftop, can take beautiful photos with the air balloon

Great breakfast with many options, the staff were very helpful. comfortable common area for resting even after check out. only 6-8 mins walk to the town, which is acceptable.

The best hotel in Goreme. I like everything in the hotel, the decorations, cleaning room, breakfast, reception services, all amazing. And there’re lovely animals, one fluffy puppy and friendly cats!

Location was not amazing as it was 10-15 mins walk to nearby restaurants however I quite like the peacefulness. We didn't explore much of the facilities as we were out most of the time and the outside just seems to chilly. I honestly would not mind stay here again because of the resident cats and dogs. However, the service given by one of the management staff was so disgusting, it left a bad taste in my mouth eventhough 2 months has passed since we checked out. His name, Haki. We checked in early at 10am but was no expecting any room but wanted to leave our bags. His smile was insincere to start. He proceeds on to share all the various tours happening and asked us our interest. I mentioned we have booked balloon tour. He asked how much we booked it for with an attitude. I replied "Affordable...... about 60-70 Euros". He replied with such arrogance and judgmental tone "Oh i am not sure about that offer, i have never heard that company" Well, guess who had an amazing sunrise balloon experience. Thats right...........us!

I love this hotel. The breakfast was wonderful. My room had a great view of air balloons. The terrace has a great view too. Location was ideal for us. 10 minutes walk from town center. Peaceful and quiet. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful.

Good hotel, good service and nice price.but actually it is located in corner of the town. balloon price that reception tell you will?be higher than agent in town centre,that is everything I want to say. generally, good hotel.

The room was as advertised. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My friend and I went on an ATV tour after check out. The hotel staff provided us towels and kindly allowed us to use the shower rooms after check out. They also kindly helped us book transport for travelling. Breakfast is buffet style with lots of options and the panoramic view was breathtaking.
