Tourist Hotel Resort Cappadocia

I really enjoyed my stay here. Even though the room is not that spacious but its acceptable as its surrounding is just superb. You could go outside in the morning and observed the balloons. The foods were decent and the staffs friendly. It has a small souvenir shops pack with items with reasonable price.

First ever Turkish Hammam experience so was a bit nervous to begin with. We was picked up from our hotel and was taken to the Hammam, we was then told it was completely private and it’ll be just me and my wife which was really comforting. Staff was really comforting and reassuring making us feel well and truly at home. We was constantly offered water and tea throughout. We then started off with a sauna/steam room and proceeded onto the Turkish bath which was absolutely amazing! Was really taken back by the effort and reassurance throughout And then onto the massage which lasted an hour. I received a more manly massage where my back cracks were taken out which was the best thing ever because it made me feel so light after wards! However my missus received a more soft massage which she also said to be amazing! So just depends on what you prefer. We then had clay masks applied to our faces and then was left for 20 mins to relax. Once we washed that off it was time to get ready and be picked up to be taken back to our hotel. We were told the experience would last 2 hours, the timing couldn’t have been more accurate! Highly highly recommend this hammam!

Upon arrival we were told the main hotel is fully booked. We were placed outside the hotel, right at the end of the premises. After we complained we were moved to the main hotel. (Fully booked?) There are no lifts in the hotel, you have to carry your luggage up and down. Although they had a few bell boys, they were not enough to assist the entire group. There was no hot water, the towels and carpets were BLOOD stained. The lights in the corridor was not working, at night you had to walk to your room in the dark. There was only coffee for one day in the room, we were told to pay if we want coffee for the second day. Whenever you asked frontdesk something, they first had to ask “the boss”, which is an extremely rude man. I assume the women is his wife, she was also rude and so unhelpful. Food = atrocious. The second day there was stale bread, we didn’t eat breakfast as the other food was inedible. We ordered two glasses of wine (also had to ask “the boss) - the menu stated 100 Turkish Lira, when I paid it was 200. By that time I was at my wits end and did not have the energy to argue. Most of our tour group also didn’t have hot water, many things were broken in the rooms. We hated every second stying there. Unfortunately it was too expensive to book into another hotel.

Although the setting is great it is old and not maintained.. .probably due to poor management Lights in passages is not working. Carpets in passage extremely dirty. Some rooms without warm water..some without any water whatsoever. We were allowed one small bottle of drinking water for 2 persons for 2 days. Poor breakfast with very limited choices. One person with one pan trying to prepare eggs for a fully booked Hotel.

Millanta un 4 stelle ma non ne darei 1... Pulizia pessima,personale inadeguato,camere buie e letti e cuscini da sostituire,in bagno trovi vasca alta..e doccino non funziona. Non vengono sostituiti i prodotti e le salviette sono scarse. Pasti con scelta obbligata, scarsa e qualitativamente non eccellente. Negli spazi comuni si trovano sedie/armadi/porte rotte o alla quali manca un pezzo...Se chiedi informazioni non sanno mai rispondere e quasi nessuno parla inglese....Concludo anche se ci sarebbe altro .. Male male male.

Göreme de havuzu olduğu için tercih ettiğimiz bi hotel oldu havuzu çok güzel konumu çok iyi balkonunuzdan balonları görebiliyorsunuz ve havuzu vadiyi gördüğü için gerçekten çok keyifliydi personeli güler yüzlü ama kahvaltısı basit özensiz kağıt bardakla çay içiyorsunuz lezzetli herhangi bişe yoktu + temizlik konusunda baya sıkıntılı havuz kenarında wc soyunma odası kirlik özensiz tuvalet kağıdı bile yoktu + havuz için ayrı duşlarının bulunmaması büyük eksiklikti umarım bu eksikliklerini tamamlarlar
