Cappadocia Caves Hotel recensioner

We are here for 3 night stay. First night we uncounted the jazucci was not working well, metal ring fall out. The toilet roll holder also fall off. The bed frame a bit funny, we can knock on bed frame if we not watching and it cause hurt. After feedback, they fix the defect. The breakfast not bad, variety of food. The room is not that big 3 of us squeeze in one king bed. Well the location is near town and amenities.

The customer service is very poor they are so rude, i request for early check in but they said you have to pay for 1 more night extra

1. Good location with restaurants and BIM supermarket nearby 2. Helpful front desk staff who help with last minute requests too. 3. Cave ambience 4. Large terrace from where balloons can be watched (on days when own flight not scheduled) 5. Good breakfast spread

Great hotel in Cappadocia with morning breakfast at roof top that can see a magnificent view of balloon sea during morning sunrise. Good staff support and have all essential amenities, and could arrange various local tours. Close to many shops and restaurants.

We booked a suite and was given the wrong room. When I complained, they told me to sort it out myself. The jets in the bath smelled really bad and were horribly dirty. Breakfast was good and it was in a very good location.

Good place and helpful staff.

One of the hotel staff is quite rude and doesn't even offer a simple smile to the guests. The room smells funny and the floor has constant sand falling from the ceiling. The sand from the ceiling falls to the beds too. Can you imagine how uncomfortable it is to sleep having sand falling to your face?!! I don't think other Cave Hotel in Goreme will have constant sand falling off the ceiling. The only decent thing about this hotel is its breakfast. Otherwise please look for a different Cave Hotel if u plan to come to Cappadocia.

What a fabulous little hotel. Beautifully presented in line with the theme of the Cappadocia area. The rooftop area has a wonderful view of the town and the staff were more than helpful. The breakfast each morning, which was included in the price, was just fabulous.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was strategic and convenient. Will definitely stay again with the hotel if revisiting cappadocia.
