Dervish Cave House & Restaurant recensioner

We are so glad to stay in dervish cave hotel, staff were friendly and very accommodating. Room is very clean and comfy to stay also just 3mins walking distance to town. 10/10 recommended.

Отличный отель, очень атмосферный и уютный! Нам повысили категорию номера - в итоге номер был с верандой, откуда открывается прекрасный вид! В номере было чисто и просторно. Хорошие завтраки. До смотровой площадки с отличным обзором на город и площадки взлета шаров 10 минут ходьбы. Сотрудники отеля очень вежливые, помогают с экскурсиями и активностями. Очень рады были провести в этом отеле выходные

早飯挺豐富的，陽台的景很美，陽台小酒吧也不錯。房間很有特色屋內很大，屋裡的陳設也很有特色，在卡帕房間也不冷，小鎮子中心位置，吃飯都很方便。

挺美的，如果要在露台拍熱氣球一定要起的很早才能拍到噢

It's a very nice hotel Location is very good 2 minutes to the town centre, very professional service Always keep you updated They can arrange all tours for you at good price They also have a shuttle bus transfer to and from the airport at €15 person and it works good Halil and Safa were so professional and helpful A new experience of a cake hotel no elevators but they help you with your luggage 🧳 I enjoyed my stay with them Although they deserve 5 star but I have to take away 1 star and give them 4 stars because the breakfast was not good Timings were 8-10 AM and it was cold breakfast very limited and not at all tasty, even the tea was cold Some information that may come handy to you The hotel is at a steep hill and it may someone who may be less able to walk, the breakfast is also in the other building across the street ( not far but have steps ) General information about Capadocia to be kept in mind Always check the bill before paying and check the price if not mentioned in the menu If paying by card check if they have changed you the correct amount ( I am sorry to say but all the restaurants I tried showed high level of dishonesty) unfortunately it's a shame If you don't ask them you may get a bill which you may have not expected Good luck with the trip

Incredibly beautiful experience in every aspect. Staying in the cave hotel is one of the coolest experiences ever. Very clean rooms with all the required amenities. Absolutely gorgeous washroom with Jacuzzi which just makes perfect end of the day after whole day of exploring. The balcony has the breathtaking view of the mountains and other cave hotels around. I loved the cozy bedroom the most!! Gives the feel like you have time travelled in the past. Sefa, the manager and his team is so warm, welcoming and friendly.. they make sure their customers are happy and also help them to understand the surroundings better!! They made my stay super comfortable! Absolutely loved it. 101% recommended.

The staff is very friendly and they even upgraded us to a nice family suite for free! The location is great with easy walking distance to the main town area for shopping and restaurants. I only give it a 4 star because I felt like the breakfast buffet selection was very limited. The rooms are amazing and beds super comfy!

Dishonest management all around. Absolutely ridiculous prices for what's given. The likelihood of you having a perceived good experience here may be okay but just know there are many MANY other better restaurants and hotels that are honest and deserve your support. These guys were extremely late with serving me shisha. They gave me a price of 500 lira which I thought was ridiculous but was being optimistic in the view and that it will be at the very least decent shisha. They took 30 minutes, ordering it from another local shisha place and got the absolute cheapest option available. Disappointed, I told the manager to be honest and if he really thinks this was worth 500 lira which he even couldn't tell me no to. He then after further back and forth dropped it to 400 lira which was still insanely high as I told him butt I just took it as I understand it's a business and they're trying to make money as well (rinse you of your money). When it came time to paying he added an imaginary service fee of 10% bringing it back to 440 lira. TL, DR: Horribly dishonest management only looking to make a buck. You may have a good chance of having a good experience with them but there are plenty of other honest places to take your business to. Don't be surprised when they try to sneak or haggle you in ways to try to rinse you.

This was a fantastic stay. We've got a cave suite, what an authentic experience. Everything is clean, the staff is so helpful and friendly. Beautiful terrace to spot balloons at 5 am, very delicious breakfast and an amazing steakhouse. Highly highly recommended

I stayed in Dervish & Elegance Cave Suites during my vacation between 29 May - 2 June. The hotel is in a great location. You can walk to city center in 3 minutes. If you wake up around 5am in the morning you will see that balloons are flying over the roof top. Great place to take pictures and videos. Rooms are very clean and nice design. Staying in the cave hotel offers you an amazing ambiance. All employees are smiling and extremely helpful. They are working with the first class tour agencies. I strongly recommend you to buy tour from the hotel. When I was In Kapadokya, there was not many tourists. They made a special tour for us (for two) can you believe it? Customer service and protection by the hotel is superior compared to others I would definitely recommend this place to all, if I ever visit this place I’ll stay here again for sure. Btw, their steakhouse restaurant is number 1 restaurant in Goreme region. You must try it!

I had a wonderful vacation in Cappadocia staying in Dervish Cave hotel. The staffs and Sefa was very friendly and treated us very well. We also got the room upgrade which made us happy :). The room was perfect and what we especially like is the water pressure. It was very good. The view on the terrace is also very nice in the morning, or you can easily walk to the viewpoint, it is very close to the hotel. Overall was a very pleasant stay.
