Great staff and service. Only thing to improve was that there was no aircon in our room which can make it quite stuffy at night. The walls were also peeling so there were tiny white dust everywhere.

好久沒有住到這麼滿意的酒店了。位置超級好，200米就到格雷梅正中心。蘋果茶土耳其茶橙汁，管飽！早餐太太太豐富了！西瓜蜜瓜超級好吃！
住宿期間遇到房間跳閘的小意外，老闆為了表示抱歉給我們免費安排了送機，太感動啦！

Ozman is a fantastic host, was very engaging places to see, honestly nothing was a bother . We really enjoyed the accommodation , the best we have experienced in Türkiye, decor and facilities were excellent, would highly recommend a stay here, Glenn.

Great experience, good place, good services and Good location. The view of rooftop was wonderful. Osman is very welcoming, very friendly, giving lots of advice on visits! if I come back to Goreme, I will stay at Vineyard Cave Hotel, for sure !

This is a unique cave hotel, Lovely Turkish style . The breakfast is so good, lots of variety. The staff are friendly really helpful . The view from the roof terrace was incredible in the morning . 10 minutes walk from the town centre, where you can find everything what you need.Ask Osman for a day trip, he has lots of different ideas. We had an amazing time, thank you.

10/10. Fantastic stay in every way! Location - Conveniently steps away from the town center. Rooms - Super clean, beautiful, and spacious. Common space - Comfortable with beautiful views of the hillside. Especially pretty at night with the sparkling lights all around. I enjoyed sitting in this space in the morning for the delish breakfast and in the evenings to wind down. Breakfast - Awesome. Eggs made to order in addition to a huge spread of buffet style bites. People - The best part of my stay was seeing the friendly staff and gracious host Osman each day. They made my visit to this region memorable with their hospitality. Overall - this hotel lives up to the amazing reviews from other travelers. Highly recommend for both solo and family travelers. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

Everything was perfect! Osman and his family are super welcoming, kind and helpful. He presented us the map of the region, offered us several options for visiting the surrounding area, and answered all our questions. The room was very clean and tidy. The place is well located in Goreme. Highly recommended!

The Vineyard Cave Hotel was a great choice for us. We had a ground level 2 room arched suite that allowed us to really spread out. The stone tiled bathroom is huge with vessel sink and towel warmer.The breakfast is diverse enough even for those gluten-intolerant. But of course it is the hospitality and attentiveness of owner Osman that makes the hotel. Bookings for room, balloon ride, transit, and tour were all done quickly and easily on WhatsApp. Honestly, he's there almost 24/7.His fluency in so many languages allows him to interact effortlessly with all his guests. Fun to listen/watch him in action. We wanted a private rather than group tour- what an enjoyable afternoon with Hassan (father and original cave owner). We saw the sites yes, and some local shops, but also sites and stories of his childhood. We ended the afternoon feeling we had a new friend.

I highly recommend the Vineyard Cave Hotel to everyone—it was truly a wonderful experience! The food and atmosphere were fantastic, creating a warm and memorable experience. Up on the roof top you can also see the majestic air balloons rising within the fantastic Cappadocia landscape ! Thank you, Osman and staff.
