여기 호텔 너무 좋아요♡ 동굴호텔이라 지저분하고 추울줄알았는데 따뜻하고 아늑해서 우리집처럼 편안해요~~~~~ 중심가 근처라 버스터미널 가깝고 근처에 좋은 레스토랑도 많고 벌룬이 호텔에서 보여요 그리고 벌룬 보러가는길도 가까워요 조식도 완전 짱!! 제일 좋았던건 깨끗하고 직원분들 모두 너무 친절해요 다음에 온다면 꼭 여기로 올꺼예요

This place is absolute magic. From the moment you make your booking they are there for you helping you every step along the way, answering any questions you could possibly ask. I thought it couldn't get any better and then I arrived and it did. This family run hotel is absolutely unbelievable from the views, to the staff, to the accommodations, the location,and absolutely everything in between. From a home that his grandfather carved out the very chimney rooms you will get the privilege of watching hot air balloons and overviewing the Beautiful town. The staff will help you with absolutely everything you could ever think of and they are so wonderful. Do not miss out on Spa! The women do the most amazing job and a Turkish hammam is not something to be missed!! I was looking forward to having this visit along our journeys but I had no idea what I was in for and I was so sad to say goodbye. I put in a million hours researching the millions of hotels in this region and hope I had made the right choice, but truly after being here there's no other choice that could have been made. They make this place feel so incredibly enchanting and yet at the same time it felt like coming home each day. I could never possibly think this family and their staff enough. We appreciate you and we thank you!

We had an amazing stay at Panoramic Cave Hotel in one of the Fairy Chimney Rooms. the staff were incredibly helpful and eager to arrange us with guided tours, Dervish ceremonies, and other events. They arranged for shuttles to take us to and from the airport and to these events as well, making our vacation very stress free and simple. The fairy chimney suite was an experience. We found it in excellent condition and well maintained every day. It was very clean and spacious, too, which I greatly appreciate. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and something to look forward to. I cannot stress enough how kind the staff was. In a town full of good, friendly people, they were above and beyond in accommodating us. The fairy chimney suites have a great view of downtown Goreme, and one morning we woke up to the incredible view of the hot air balloons taking off in the morning. We could walk to anything we needed, which included a bank, post office, a pharmacy, and many, many shops and restaurants. Public transport is also within a few minutes walk. The Panoramic Cave Hotel staff will happily help you book all your tours like the Green and Red Tours or a jeep safari when you arrive. The one thing I recommend you book in advance is the hot air balloon ride that Cappadocia is famous for. For that, I'd recommend Turquaz Balloons. Book your balloon ride as far in advance as possible, and schedule it for as early in your stay as possible because weather frequently delays balloon rides until later in the week. We both loved out stay at Panoramic Cave Hotel. The hotel itself became one of our favorite conversation pieces to tell friends and family when we returned home. I cannot recommend them enough.
