When we got to the hotel, we was not on the system, but the staff we're very professional, booking us in and sorting out the problem later.
would stay again because of the staff being very helpful and professional..

I had an excellent welcome, the staff were really helpful and friendly. I ate in the cafe a couple of times and the food was consistently tasty and good quality. The room was the usual standard for Travelodge, clean comfortable, good for the cost.

Have stayed at this hotel several times now and have found the standard very high, from the warm welcome on reception from Donna. To the lovely meals evening meals cooked by shelly on the first night and Tegan on the second evening. The room itself was very clean and comfortable.

Came as guests back in November 24 but will be leaving as friends with all of the staff here no problem with anything requested

Card keys to the rooms worked intermittently or not at all, Room lighting partially failed during our visit resulting in the bathroom being in total darkness Family evening meal took 90 minutes to serve, with the children finishing long before the adults (I would recommend eating out in the Toby Calvary next door) Having said that the few staff available were polite and helpful. Have stayed in other travelodges in the past without major issues but this experience has put me off of the brand altogether.

Very comfortable hotel. All facilities very clean. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Easy booking and check in. Breakfast was excellent and good value.

Right from check in through to check out, ALL staff where very friendly and informative. Donna was on reception when I checked in and was so friendly and told me all I needed to know. Room very clean a excellent value for money. Thank you all. Will come again and will recommend this travelodge.

Recently stayed here at Yarmouth for the night visiting family. Checked in Friday evening and all quiet and our check in seemed rushed and wasn’t offered any breakfast, didn’t catch her name but was unimpressed. The room was very clean and neatly presented and is perfect for a few nights stay, if anything maybe some more pillows. Had dinner the next evening and formally greeted by Front of house Tegan who was very friendly and accommodating and always smiling, we had a Steak pie and mash which was delightful didn’t catch a chefs name but most certainly suggest. But didn’t have breakfast this time but want to try next time.
