Отель с очень хорошими завтраками. Номера маленькие, но достаточно комфортные. Отличное месторасположение. Если отель нужен, чтобы в основном переночевать, то отлично.

Located in the city center. A good hotel, at the level of "3 stars" by European standards. It occupies two floors in a multi-storey building. The room is small, very clean. Safe, refrigerator, desk, wardrobe, kettle, dishes, hair dryer. Breakfast buffet, can be purchased separately if not included in the room rate. The choice of products for breakfast is more than sufficient, coffee from the coffee machine.

Заселение в отеле с 14:00. Мы приехали в 14:50 но номер не был готов, хотя был полностью предоплачен и бронь была подтверждена. Попросили подождать еще около получаса. Мы проехали 600 км на авто, прибыли в надлежащее время, но нас не заселили. А хотелось бы отдохнуть с дороги, но отель такой возможности не предоставил. Видимо продали кому-то продленное пребывание, т.к. выезд здесь в 12:00. Хотели отменить бронь и заселиться в другой отель, но это оказалось невозможно, т.к. по времени мы уже должны быть заселены и при этом бронь не возвращается. Вот такие воронежские отельеры с крайне ненавязчивым сервисом. Указанный номер телефона для связи с гостиницей не работает. Собственной парковки нет, а с парковкой в центре крайне сложно. В общем не рекомендую к проживанию, выбирайте других

Перед поездкой в данный отель внимательно причитали все предыдущие отзывы, но они как-то не увязывались с уровнем сервиса этой сети в другом городе (Мск). Скрепя сердце, набравшись храбрости и закрыв глаза рискнули и поехали. На проверку всё оказалось не так печально, как пишут предшественники. Может им не повезло, а возможно, повезло нам. Отель находится в центре города, в бизнес-центре, рядом с основными достопримечательностями и главными улицами города (на которых ночью идёт вся движуха). Заселили быстро. Объяснили всё четко. Вопросов нет. Завтраки были включены по системе "шведский стол" (скорее столик, т.к. выбор блюд хоть и был, но не прям глобальный, - каждой серии позиций по 3-5, но позавтракать достаточно). Парковка городская, платная, но приемлемо. Главное уметь правильно рассчитать время размещения машины и всего делов-то (ещё рекомендую ставить под какой-нибудь камерой). В номере чистенько, мусор убирали, полотенца меняли, постельное чистое, кровать мягкая, кондей, тв и холодильник работали. В этом плане нас всё устроило. Персонал вежливый, объясняли, помогали при необходимости. Из минусов, - шум по ночам, от которого даже не всегда спасала неплохая шумоизоляция окон. Но это вопрос уже не к отелю, а к воспитанию самих воронежцев, которые за норму считают поездить с громкой музыкой часов эдак в 12-ть ночи, либо часа в 2 устроить стритрейсинг. Обеды и ужины не пробовали, поэтому, сказать нечего. Отелю благодарны, сети развития.

При бронирование четырех номеров было сказано что включить обеды и ужины.скозали окей приезжайте.но когда мы приехали нам отказали.бронировали за три дня.нам пришлось срочно искать где остановится.очень недовольны этим отелем.

С сетью Азимут мы знакомы уже давно. В Воронеже останавливаемся первый раз. Это была просто транзитная остановка, на одну ночь, проездом в Саратов. Чем нравится данная сеть отелей – своей стандартизацией. Был в одном, был во всех. А теперь конкретно про данный отель. Уютный, большой холл. На ресепшен очень дружелюбные девочки. Приехали мы после 12 ночи, разместили, оформили без проволочек. Местонахождение отеля – самый центр города, как мне показалось. Номер «стандарт» небольшой, но довольно уютный. Центральная система кондиционирования. Совмещённый санузел. Душевая кабина не самая удобная, но и не встраиваемая клетушка. На полке в ванной полный набор душевых принадлежностей. Кровать не самая удобная – точнее это две кровати составленные вместе. Матрац очень мягкий и неудобный. Лично мне не удалось хорошо отдохнуть после долгой дороги. Так же в номере есть стол, сейф, крохотный холодильник. Утром нас ждал довольно неплохой завтрак, за не самые маленькие деньги (600 р на человека). Но в принципе было вкусно, сытно и хватило нам на дорогу до Саратова.

Все было хорошо, только убирать в номере нужно каждый день. На завтраке сосиски и сардельки были самые дешевые и не вкусные, неразнообразный завтрак. Чай и кофе в номере не пополнялись. Расположение отеля отличное, персонал вежливый.

Посетили на новогодние праздники. В целом всё понравилось. Но в полулюксе на сайте обещали диван, а была раскладушка, на ней ни ребёнком спать не смог, ни остальные так как она страшно скрипела. Отель не дешёвый, но стоянке нет, показалось это тоже минус большой. Остальное всё отлично.

Все было шикарно за исключением пару моментов: За 2 ночи и 3 дня не производилась уборка и не менялись гиг. принадлежности. Отсутствие собственной парковки даже за дополнительную плату. Не принесли вазу для цветов, которую просили на ресепшене.
