I recently stayed at Hotel & Resort Rudraksh in Ujjain, and I must say it was an incredibly pleasant experience. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially Swatii. She was not just courteous and professional, but went above and beyond to ensure I had a hassle-free stay. From helping with check-in to arranging local transport and suggesting the best times to visit Mahakaleshwar Temple, Swatii’s support made my trip smooth and memorable. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist with a smile truly stood out. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and offered all necessary amenities. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, offering a good mix of local and standard dishes. The peaceful surroundings made it a perfect place to unwind after exploring the city. Overall, Rudraksh is a wonderful place to stay in Ujjain, and I highly recommend it—especially for the warm hospitality, thanks to people like Swatii.

Beautiful stay at rudraksh we enjoyed and feeled like home here the front office staff is so good and well groomed and the food were also so tasty and pool was amazing and rooms were so clean and amenities were also so good we love to visit again ❤️

The place was fun and staff member were great. The food was also great and served very well on time no waiting. The amenities were also fab, like pool and specially the view of Shipra river. I would specifically like to thank Swati for all the arrangements and services.

Staff is great and very sweet, food is great and not very spicy, the property is amazing with swimming pool, spa facilities also, rooms are also quite equipped with amenities Very near Mahakaleshwar temple also. The Ms Ayushi has the sweetest smile ever. Amazing time here.
