Erato Hotel

It’s ok. Sone things are good. Like dinner is a fair price for the smorgasbord style. Breakfast is ok. Not great. But enough. Sufficient. AC does the job in the room. Slow. ButAC in common areas is at 25. For many cultures 25 is warm and puts ion a sheen or sweat still. Not fun to sweat indoors while eating. Prices are high for juices. Smoothies and such. Too bad. And some rules are weird. saying I can’t have my own food or drinks. Etc. sorry. Your a three star hotel. You don’t get to tell me what to do. We are paying for shelter annd accommodations. And we will live as we wish when it comes to basics. Food for thought. Wifi is useless in rooms. Or our room. Travellers need wifi in the modern eta. Simply unacceptable. Staff is ok. Not charming. But willing to try and help. Also: The pool - can’t be used after 6 pm, that’s insane. Travelled all over the world. I have never seen that before. It’s asinine. You leave for the day. Come back. And can’t swim after 6 pm, ridiculous. .

We loved it here. The rooms were always clean. The foods were great but it was mostly the same things maybe it can be more different but it was great. The service was very good and the staff was very friendly and kind. The weather was perfect for us.

Everyone at the hotel is so lovely and accommodating! We had a trip on the Friday the lovely Maria helped us and phoned them for us. We but would have missed breakfast that morning because of pick up times, the staff brought us some breakfast and fresh coffee in a flask the night before so we didn’t go hungry! Really good selection of buffet food changing each night. Highly recommend going to the Greek night with the BBQ and dancers! We had great fun and the food was lovely. It’s held every Thursday. Nice sized pool. The area is nice and quiet. The staff allows drinks by the pool side. Small supermarket and bakery/cafe 5 mins up the road perfect for any small bits might need. Beach is roughly 15 minutes walk away and is nice clear water with plenty of cafes if you want a drink or something to eat. HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here!

Employees are so helpfull, peacefull, friendly and smiley. It's so easy to have contacts. Creet has a various beautiful, georgeous, marvellous landscapes but not only the sea. Everything was all right. Very good exerience in this hotel. Perfect.

The staff is vere friendly, always glad and eager to help. The hotel has a beautiful pool, very clean ( cleaned every morning), the rooms are quite small and a little bit old-fashioned, but are confortable and always clean. The balcony where we stayed was cute, small but with the best view compared with the other rooms. I really appreciate the communication and the relationship that we established with Maria. She is such a nice and lovely person. Now let s talk about the food, at this hotel the food is delicious,very good quality, so no stomach problems. On every wednesday they organize a special Greek night where you can enjoy the local culture. The place, the experience, the staff worth and beats the outdated rooms in my opinion.

This hotel is perfect and also all of the people working here are very friendly and helpful, the rooms have everything you need and very clean, the food and drinks are amazing, great for transportation to anywhere you want to go. Honestly I recommend this hotel if you come to Crete. Thank you to everyone at Erato hotel x

Good Food and good service it deserves more then 5 stars ❤️ My mom grandmother and me came to a Nice room, very clean and they guide you to all the things you can experince near by. All ind one i want to come back for sure it would be my pleasure to visit again Love from the arnt

Very friendly and welcoming staff. We had a suite which was lovely,spacious, very clean. Beds very comfortable. A variety of buffet food for breakfast and evening meals. Bus services excellent. Pool area very small for amount of rooms but pool was warm. A 20 minute walk to the local beach. The Greek night was fabulous.

Everything was perfect, we arrived late and had the pleasure to find a personalized word on the door and foods in our room. The hotel and rooms are very clean and the owners are at your disposal for anything. We appreciated too the possibility to rent a car directly at the hotel. I recommand this address.
