Loved this immaculate stylish B&B Hotel, great size bedrooms, clean throughout. Breakfast was good, a little more choice than expected . Staff friendly and they're make your stay pleasant . The only small gripe we had was the pool area. There were no bins for rubbish, and the poolside wasn't tidied from one day to the next, though the pool was cleaned. Saying that the pool was shared with the hotel next door,so it could have been their responsibility.

Sadly pool still without water, no barman so bar closed and restaurant not open! Disappointed as would have improved holiday. Our room was at front of hotel, above reception which meant we heard every conversation, phone call etc. throughout the night. Despite this, good location, friendly staff and housekeeping earned a 3* review.

We visited in Aug and lived this hotel.We were half board and the food was out of this world.I had to ask for smaller portions.The hotel is situated in the Main Street just 2 minutes from Gouvia beach.The pool is fab and very clean.Service is very prompt and cleaning to a high standard.We will definitely come again!

The room was basically OK but did not have enough storage space for a couple staying two weeks. The room was clean enough. The bathroom was small and the shower fittings were rusty and spurted water rather than the water flowing. The pool was a good size but areas around it were dirty. Some of the beds and umbrellas were too dirty to use. There was no readily available bar service and this had to be handled by the front of house staff. Breakfast was disponing, as it was a buffet service where the hot items were either cold or overcooked and the selection was rather limited, to the point where we ate elsewhere even though we had paid for B&B. In terms of access, the hotel was not user-friendly, with steps everywhere. Saving grace here was the staff, who were all amazing and improved the overall experience, although it was disappointing for a hotel that defines itself as LUXURY.

Beautiful people. Beautiful place. Wonderful pool. Great food. Clean rooms and spacious. In the middle of town and still very quiet. Nothing more to add really, however I must as I need a bare minimum of two hundred words. So, bring on the sunshine ❤️

Hadn't stayed here before and booked it due to the location, right in the heart of Gouvia. All staff were so lovely and welcoming. Rooms were perfect and beds very comfortable. We were half board and food was great. Breakfast was buffet style and there were a few choices. Restaurant was lovely and portions were great. Food was delicious with a good selection on the half board menu. Hotel was kept spotless. Pool area was very clean and surprisingly quiet. Would highly recommend the hotel and I'm hoping to return next year.
