Çalışan personel işine sadık titiz ve düzenli,güler yüzlü. Erol bey takımını çok güzel yönlendiriyor. Yemekler çok güzeldi hemen hemen her gün taze et yemek vardı. Tam bir fiyat performans oteli diyebilirim. Sevgiler Yuşa!!

Отель был забронирован на несколько ночей через Trip.com, а несколько ночей через стороннего агрегатора. При заселении отель сослался на овербукинг и сделал отмену бронирования и возврат оплаты через стороннего агрегатора потребовав повторно оплатить проживание на месте. Только ваучер от trip.com оказался не аннулирован отелем. Мы спокойно разместились по ранее оплаченной стоимости. Спасибо TRIP.com!

3- 11 Kasım 2022 tarihlerinde bu otelde konakladim. Otel bina olarak ***et güzel. Bu yıl icerisinde, bu otele gele kadar 3 farklı, 5 yıldızlı otellerde 5+5+7 gün konakladim. Kapanışı bu otelle yapmak istedim. Lobisi, kaldığım 5 yıldızlı otellerden daha güzeldi diyebilirim. (Hizmet olarak değil) Resepsiyon hizmeti, odaların temizliği yeterli diyebilirim. Yemekler ve içecekler hususunda da kotu diyemem. Bu fiyata bu ancak bu kadarı olur. Fakat kahveyi heran her yerde bulmayı isterdim. Ama malesef lobi hizmetinde bu hususta eksiklik vardı. Hizmet; İşte bütün sıkıntı burada; malesef otel yönetimi özellikle servis ve animasyonda görevli personeli egitmemisler, disipline etmemişler. Personel başıboş birakilmis..Bu personeller; İşlerinden ziyade, otele gelen özellikle Rus bayan turistleri ayarlamaya çalışan, bu misafirlerin masalarında adeta konsomatrislik yapan, diğer erkek misafirlerle bu hususta tartışan hatta işi kav***a kadar götüren, tipler. Şahsen ben bu durumdan çok rahatsız oldum. Misafir; pool bardaki oturdugu masasının temizliğini kendisi yapıyor, görevli personel ise; işi bu olmasına rağmen Rus uyruklu bayan misafirlerin masasında açıkça bayan ayarlama işiyle uğraşıyor. Bu kadarına da pöh denir. Öğleden sonra yapılan dart oyununa katılmak istiyorsunuz; animasyoncu yabancı uyruklu bir misafirle ahbap olmuşlar, biz sigarasına oynuyoruz diye cevap veriyor. Ben kumar oynamam diyip ayrılıyorum. Hiç umursamıyor, sigarasına oynamaya devam ediyor. Otel çalışanlarının hangi birim personeli olduğu belli değil. Üzerlerinde hangi bölüm personeli olduğuna dair bir üniforma yok. Çalışanlar günlük sivil kıyafetlerle çalışıyor. Otel yol geçen hanı, otel bitişiğindeki bavulcudan tut, marketci, hamamcı otelin hertarafinda cirit atıyor. Ve özellikle bavulcu Türk misafirleri küçük düşürme, küçük görme, tanıştığı misafirlerle arasını bozma ***retinde. Hamam; bozuk çalışmıyor, sauna idare eder, masaj odaları vasat. Temizlik ve hijyende sınıfta kalır. Sahil; şezlonglar yeterli ve minderli. Sadece içecek olarak su imkanı var. İhtiyacı karşılıyor. Sonuç olarak; otel güzel bir otel, fakat personel berbat. Eğitim, eğitim, eğitim; kontrol, kontrol, kontrol. Bunlar uygulanirsa otel çok daha iyi seviyeye gelir.

I wouldn't go back to that hotel because the food was terrible, the people were good, but one thing was bad, the alcohol was bad.👎

We stayed here with friends for three nights — thankfully, no longer. The hotel was very dirty and poorly maintained. There were visible damages in many areas.The shower curtain fell off during the first use, and the showerhead was in terrible condition. The cocktails were of very low quality, with cheap alcohol and an unpleasant taste. Soft drinks like juice and cola had a moldy aftertaste, and even the water (dispensed from the same machine) was undrinkable. Only the beer was acceptable. Housekeeping was almost non-existent. During our entire stay, towels were never changed — we had only three towels for three people for all days . The room was not properly cleaned, just a quick mop once and that was it. The air conditioner barely worked, even on the lowest setting, and did not cool the room. Possibly it was broken or simply not maintained. The TV remote also didn’t work due to dead batteries. Overall, a very disappointing experience. This hotel seriously needs improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and basic service

Great location, just 5 minutes from the sea, with several beaches nearby (at least 3). Clean rooms, cleaned daily. Special thanks to the staff 🙏 As for the conditions that depend not on the employees but on the management — since it’s their responsibility — there’s definitely room for improvement. The hotel has many old elements, but it’s clear they take care of the place. The staff is friendly and welcoming (entertainers, waiters, chefs). The food is very delicious — huge respect and gratitude for all the effort 🤍

This hotel was not located next to any star. I would not recommend this hotel to any enemy. I would like to warn everyone who values their time and, above all, their health. The rooms and bathroom were dirty, with roaches running around. The cafeteria, or rather the soup kitchen, is a fight for food - the first one to get there gets the best, and if you don't get a chance to eat, you don't eat. This includes dirty cutlery, plates, and cups. Total disregard by the staff. No toilet paper, no clean towels, air conditioning doesn't work, no TV remote, no bottled water, no wine, no soda water, no Pepsi, and the list goes on. To the addition of the summer camps, which generated persistent noise both day and night. I regret that I fell for this offer. Turkey may be beautiful, but unfortunately, I was not captivated by it, and that was due to this hotel. I kindly appeal: next time, it would be worth paying a few extra cents to avoid this hostel.

Cars parked in front of the facility make it impossible to walk freely with suitcases to the reception hall. The lobby has a very low temperature, because powerful air conditioners are constantly working, despite the open entrance door. This is to blow away the unpleasant smells of sewage and toilets that persist in the lobby. The hotel's surroundings and the view from the window (terrible mess) give the impression of a slum. The lobby is constantly undergoing renovation and installation work, only one elevator is open, {there are two} which is always crowded and can rarely be used. The description says that the Internet is available, but only directly at the reception, although the lobby is very large - it is so slow that it is practically impossible to load any page. In the rooms there is a wardrobe with hangers only {only 6!} there are no shelves, or rather there are shelves 10 cm deep!!! I have no idea what they are for and clothes have to be in a suitcase, because you can't hang everything. In the bathroom, as in the old days, there is a curtain in the bathtub. The corridors are dark, every fifth lamp is lit from savings and it is difficult to find the key to the lock. The facility is focused on accepting youth groups and organizing summer camps. The result is unusual crowds, noise and the law of the jungle in the restaurant. No one stands in lines, everyone jumps at the first fire, but it is no wonder, since the hotel does not refill dishes that have run out, and in addition they are not properly heated and after half an hour the platters, especially with baked goods, are empty. During the entire stay, only rice was served, no groats or fries, and one day for breakfast there were fried fries !!!!! Omelettes were fried only twice a week, without any vegetables. The offer of fruit was very modest, only unappetizing apples and pears and oranges. The products in the restaurant are of the lowest quality, instead of butter something resembling margarine of the worst quality, jams, Nutella are also tasteless to eat. The restaurant has two coffee machines, which taste like the worst kind of cereal, you can't even dream of chocolate, even though it's on the coffee machine. Juices made from concentrates are soaked in chemicals and are not suitable for drinking, there is no soda water in the restaurant. Snacks during the day are usually baked Turkish pizza in the afternoon, but I quickly got discouraged when I saw how the chef, wanting to please young girls standing in the queue, gave them dough to crush with unprepared hands, completely forgetting about hygiene. The pool is very small for such a large number of tourists with the same depth over the entire surface of 1.4 m. Hotel very tired looking, not a great welcome at reception when we arrived. Got to room TV wasn't working at all, air-con unit very noisey. There were 3 of us but only 2 towels & 2chairs on tiny balcony. The toilet just kept filling, we couldnt get it to stop. Shower had good pressure but couldn't angle it. There were 2 proper beds tho. Often a third person bed is a sofa bed. Cleaner was good. View was of wasteland, cockerels crowing at 04.30 then the prayers going at 05.30. As balcony doors were not good I was woken up at that time everyday. Food not great, best meal was breakfast, and that was because there were chips and wafers. The melon was lush. The other food was covered in lots of herbs which were overpowering. It was all very samey samey. We ended up eating and drinking out everyday and therefore spending a fortune on top of the actual cost of holiday. Bar only had vodka/gin/beer none tasted nice. Service was rubbish, although there were a couple of the guys that made an effort. Pool was freezing but only had one lot of steps as the second set had been taken away.. Holes were still there in the floor. They did a foam Party which was a laugh. Overall it felt like we were not welcome, not sure if it was because we are English or what.

I had a great stay at the Magic Sun Hotel during my summer holiday. Despite arriving at 3 a.m., the staff welcomed me & my son warmly and let me rest in the comfortable lobby until check-in at noon. The room was clean, with a lovely balcony. The food was marvelous, with plenty of delicious options at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The spa and massage services were wonderful, and the evening entertainment, including concerts and a disco, made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would recommend Magic Sun Hotel to others.
