Приветливый персонал.Безумно вкусная еда,но видео что отель подустал!В комнате сломан холодильник,держатель для душа отломан,простынь с кровавым пятном . Бассейн пахнет сильно хлором.Места для шезлонгов не хватает на всех отдыхающих!Алкоголь как вода,после пяти коктейлей такое ощущение что пил воду . Девушка аниматор по вечерам одевалась в вызывающие платья без лифчика ,с полу открытой задницей ,в отеле 80% детей ! Для одного раз отель сойдёт ,не более чем!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helful, the room was clean and confortable, and the meals are excellent. I would definitely recommend this place to others! Absoulitly we like all animation team.they was wonderfull

If I could give no stars I absolutely would this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my family and I spent a week of pure hell here! Where do I begin? First of all we arrived and were given the wrong rooms I paid extra for two annex room one double and one large I also requested they be side by side we arrived at 4am we were given bungalow rooms 6 minutes walk apart when I pointed this out I was told there’s nothing we can do you’ll have to stay there! Come in the morning and we can look.. we were so tired we went off to the rooms with a sheet of paper they gave us that had a few lines of English stating food and entertainment times no map to tell us where anything was! the path between the rooms is dangerously unsafe and uneven please see attached photos I tripped as it’s so poorly lit… when we walked into the rooms I was horrified every surface the walls, floors, fixtures and fittings were rotten thick with dirt cob webs mould stains everywhere you looked there were ants on the floors the air conditioning didn’t work in one of the rooms we should have had a double bed in one room and 2 singles with a room partition instead we had a double a sofa with the back cushions removed and a put up bed put next to it with the sofa cushions as a mattress you literally couldn’t swing a cat in there the bathroom floors were extremely slippery when wet so we had to put a towel on the floor. The lamps that were fixed to the walls rotated there were loose wires that had been cut a hairdryer that was wired in hanging off the wall with a big hole behind it the sockets were all falling off..We went down in the morning searching for food we eventually found it then made our way to reception they again said we couldn’t be moved we have 5 children so we were all split up! The entertainment is aimed at Russians so we’re oblivious to what was being said! On day 2 my me my husband and two of our kids started having upset stomach and being sick we spoke with multiple other families during our stay who were all the same they also had ear/eye infections 2 families ended up in hospital where they were told it was caused by the food (which was absolutely vile deer meatloaf and shredded version was one regular dish along with a sea food stew the smell was awful it filled the entire room) the sickness and diarrhoea continued for the rest of the week I barely ate as it just came straight back out all 7 of us survived in plain pasta and chips for the rest of the week! Then my 12 & 13 year old daughters were hit on by a 23 year old lifeguard despite asking them there age and them clearly having red wrist bands indicating they were under 18 he was calling them sexy and Turkish desert winking at them I was complaining yet again about the state of the room to the management when they told me the manager said he would be removed immediately and sent to the beach I said I didn’t want him anywhere near my children again I was assured this would be the case! Had a really lovely time staying here with the family . Lots to recommend, food was good ,lots of Turkish food to try . Rooms are comfortable and clean. The entertainment team are very sweet , (sait) for us made our holiday, was very personable ,friendly and welcoming always asking us to get involved with the entertainment and always taking time to chat ect . Also have to recommend the spa aswell, excellent massage and very good price .

Food is average, it's quite repetitive but you can find something, after 11 days we don't fancy anything else. We have heard off others that they had raw burgers whilst here so always check and don't let children get food on their own. Rooms- when we arrived we were given a bungalow that only sleeps 3 even though our family is 4. We did have a lot of back and to however they did add an extra bed in the end which then gave us very little room and not enough cupboard space for clothing. Wasn't the best start to the holiday as these things can be avoided. They are very small and have no lift so be prepared if you are on the top floor. Entertainment- we have been all over Turkey and I would say it was the worse we have been to. Sait was the only one who really made an effort, was very polite and hardworking. He got involved with everything and also made the effort to come over and speak, the lady in the kids club also made the effort of getting all the kids together on the evening and taking them to kids club. Most reviews on here are requested from the entertainment team as you can probably tell, after reading reviews ourselves before coming we were expecting more but can now confirm this is solely down to the team requesting reviews. Aquafit has zero effort and on many occasions has 1 person in the pool doing it. Evening entertainment had many technical issues but was your standard Latino dancers, Colombian dancers etc Kemer is a really lovely town and we had a lovely night in West port Irish bar as they had a live singer All in all our children have met many friends and had an amazing holiday so to us thats all that matters. I would also point out the hotel was very safe. There is a lot more potential for this hotel with the right staff and a great extra would be to add lighting on the tennis / basket ball pitches for the children at night. This is a budget hotel and you really do get what you pay for. We will definitely not be returning as there are better hotels around Turkey for the same price
