NICE hotel in Grace Bay

Lobby sushi bar is EXTREMELY HOT. There are NO fans and it's outdoors. Please at least put some fans. The food is great and so is the service. The bar tenders are excellent.. but I was drenched in sweat the entire ri.e with no way of cooling down. You can get a heat stroke!

From the beginning to the end, this was definitely a five star experience! Everyone from the GM, Wilbert to the concierge made us feel right at home and made this our favorite vacation ever! The beds are unbelievably comfortable and the room was fantastic. Thank you so much to the staff! We will be back.

Our Club Lounge check-in was a ritual in class! Greeted by the local rum punch at the lobby then ushered in the Club Lounge for the check-in not at the front desk. Our Junior Suite was ready when arrived 2 hours ahead of check-in time. Grace bay beach is among the best in the world and it greets us through our balcony every morning! The staff are all helpful and cheerful. While we know what we are getting when we stay at the Ritz, it is the people that makes the difference! The Club Lounge Team: Wildley, Sirhan, Cris, Ritchie, Yierly and ladies there! Other staff: Mark Pagas, Marty, O’neil. Darling, Sammy and Julius (BLT), Randy (Casa Nonna). We had an excellent experience, with front beach view. The service was a 4 out of 5, still some opportunities to improve. The food was excellent 5/5. It was pricey 3/5, they use a cashless process, so it’s easy to spend a lot of money. However, overall my wife and I were extremely happy and pleased, I would recommend. BTW the property is beautiful, very close to shops and the water is phenomenal!

We arrived for a short 5 day trip to the Ritz Carlton Turks and Caicos after launching our second Cafe in Minnesota (we needed the break); Property is very clean, rooms are breath taking with AWESOME views and the people are the most friendliest... LETS GET TO THE NIK NAK part of it. When we arrived our room was not ready, so we went to the next best thing (The Bar in the Lobby). We met the Bartender Whitefield, he was a great conversationist, but needed a few pointers on mixology. We saw a gentleman enter the Bar who seemed slightly angry, we believe he was management because of his attire -long sleeve white shirt, well groomed with long loc extension)- My husband and I were like WOW! This is not how we speak to our employees despite the circumstance. We waited a few minutes and asked to be closed out (Awkward feeling after they started arguing). We walked a bit to familarize ourselves with the property, BEAUTIFUL. Then finally an agent found us to inform that our room was ready, LOVE IT. We had a great dinner at BLT steak house, where Evanson was very accommodating. My husband wanted a night cap after we heard the entertainer singing OMG it was beyond crowded, with no seating. We stood by the Bar, to order a drink, and NO WAY to our surprise it was the same manager from earlier, arguing again with a different Bartender, this time we managed to get his name Akem. It was extremely crowded and understaffed but they were still trying to be accommodative. Another gentlemen in a suit, was walking asking everyone if they are okay and how can he assist (Ritz Carlton Standard). We dont usually comment on these sites, but we do read the reviews, and us being managers with 2 cafes, it's hard and at times frustrating, BUT we try our best to be civil with our staff with no conflicts in public or private. We reported the issue to the Front Desk on the Manager behaviour, it was not professional but embarassing and humiliating. Hopefully we will be back.

Exceptionally talented and skilled professionalism provided. Beautiful sceneries. Along with exquisite rooms and room service of choice. Steps away from on resort beach. Great stay for families brining young children along. Best concierge and bellmen service I’ve ever received (ask for nardo). My hotel room was beautifully decorated for my birthday. Staff were very helpful and informative with finding the best excursions and things to do while there. Taxi service on stand by for those like myself who chose not to rent a car. Almost everything is just moments away from the resort. Absolutely beautiful stay. I’d recommend to anyone, and I will most definitely be visiting again.

Subpar experience at Turks. The resort is smaller compared to Aruba and Cayman. The check in process was painfully long. We saw multiple other parties get their room before us even though we arrived first. We waited hours for the staff to get logistics together.

By far the worst experience I've ever had at a Ritz Carlton. The hotel was subpar. The only good things was the ocean views and the food at Cosa Nonna. But overall, It was an unfortunate and very disappointing trip in terms of service. It was an agreed upon consensus that this didn't feel like a Ritz Carlton. While we had a great time with our friends, we also held an event there; and as the planner the Management team and staff were horrible and caused me numerous problems. I even had a meeting with the hotel manager and he did not do anything to make up for the mishaps nor seemed to care. Our sales rep lied about various things and the banquet manager was not professional. I also was injured by a spa staff member. Not recommended at all!
