台盆下漏水發黴，但是浴巾偏偏是放置在這裏，電話前台兩次花了兩個小時才送來新的，房間也很老舊了，雖然有維護，但質感很差。晚餐的自助做的不錯，住了四晚沒有重樣過，菜品質量很棒！

I,ve been here 6 times and loved it but this time there were too many errors to justify 5 star privelage package. I've given the Hotel the review to try and make the experience for other people the best it should be. But one point I can,t miss is the privelage lounge near the entertainment area. We used this lounge for years on.privelage h/b but now it's reserved for Privelage All Inclusive which makes absolutely no sense at all. All inclusive guests can drink anywhere in the Hotel why would they walk past other bars to go to a lounge, it is the one stupidest thing I,ve ever seen and the person who thought of that should not be in the Hospitality industry, Management sort this out. Although we,ve loved this Hotel we will not be back because of this lounge area.

5 out 5 and if I could give it 6 I would. We were here for 10 days as it’s been superb from checking at reception to leaving. Restaurants are wonderful and the staff were fantastic in each one. Everyone is friendly and quality is top notch in every area. It’s spotless everywhere and we upgraded to Privilege which was definitely worth it. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

This year it was the 8th time we stayed in the hotel and every time we feel very welcome as soon as we arrive. The staff welcomes guests everywhere in the hotel with a genuinely friendly smile and is very helpful. There is a relaxed atmosphere. The location is wonderful with a nice infinity pool. The food is excellent and the chefs are able to take into account dietary constraints. The buffet restaurant offers a nice variation from day to day. The show cooking offers at least two types of fish and two types of meat. Since several years we spend Christmas at the hotel and every year the Christmas Gala Dinner looks amazing. Each meal and certainly the Christmas dinner shows the great effort the kitchen staff puts into preparing and presenting the food. The bars offer a large variety of top-brand alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The rooms are very spacious and they are gradually being renovated. We had a refurbished superior room that looked very beautiful. We do have the impression that the storage space in the closets was larger before. The animation is excellent and this year some new and pleasant activities were added such as paella and sangria demonstration and a Kahoot quiz in the evenings. The shows in the evening are also very nice. This year, just before Christmas the choir of the University of Las Palmas, conducted by one of the hotel’s pianists, Stefano, sang Christmas carols at the main stage. A wonderful experience for us, adding to the joy of staying at the hotel.

This hotel is architecturally very beautiful, with beautiful garden, different cacti, nice swimming pools, lots of space, good bars, good food . During the stay (December 2024) it was extra very nicely decorated with Christmas atmosphere lights. So, this is 5 out of 5? No, because of a 'everything can be better' and another problem , for wich this hotel is not solely at fault , but it brings the overall total rating down. RECEPTION. Upon arrival, check-in takes quite a long time, especially if several people arrive at the same time. You do get a welcome drink while waiting until it is your turn, but that should be able to be arranged more quickly. Whe had also to pay 100 Euro deposit at check in, a little bit strange. When asked later a reception employee for more information about the use of a hotel membership card (see further), this someone from the reception staff could not answer our questions clearly and completely. This cannot be called good. ROOM. Booked a double standard room. One sometimes reads that these rooms are worn out. It is true that the materials such as the floor and furniture , look a bit dated (hotel is about 20 years old), but our room was not worn out . Those who do not want the very latest new styles do not really need to book renovated rooms, as the unrenovated ones are said to be worn out. Our room was very practically furnished and everything worked perfectly. Good air conditioning and a good fridge. However, the bathtub was slightly sloped in shape and became slippery when using the shower. An anti-slip mat would be useful here. Unfortunately, none could be found. RESTAURANT(s). The buffet restaurant is well laid out, with mostly plenty of space between tables. The quality and taste of the food were generally good (breakfast and dinner) . An effort is made to add extra refinement to the food by displaying dishes in smaller quantities, which prevents waste and keeps the dishes neat. It was well replenished, but sometimes, for certain products, it felt like 'don't take too much of this,' a sort of stinginess. We also found that compared to other hotels of the same category and price range, the variety was somewhat lower, and after one week, almost everything started over again. Not a problem if you stay for one week, but it could be improved." The 'à la carte' restaurants. The use and especially the reservation times and the time you can spend eating - seemed confusing and unclear to us. For example, you could reserve a meal time - with one hour between two services - where an hour is actually too short to eat pleasantly and comfortably, is not what you like for a ‘ special ‘ meal. We did not understand the system, because in the end we were in restaurant Sakura ( good Japanese) from beginning to end about an hour and a half( which is enough). Whether there was a next service we do not know, but when booking it is stated as 'one hour' and then it is supposed you have to get out. Due to this 'li
